- Today in our village, we cook the mutton chukka recipe using traditional homemade cow ghee. We first roast all the mutton meats with ghee and then we add some hand-ground masalas with ghee roasted mutton meat.
The taste and aroma of the ghee have established the taste of the mutton chukka recipe.
