I made one last fall This year I came back to the tutorial to make another one 🙈 I changed the pattern a little for myself, but the result is incredible! Thank you!
I cant recommend this video and pattern enough, just finished my sweater and am already inlove, i made it completely out of old projects and scrap yarn, 10/10 will be using this again babes
This is a very doable pattern - I have some chunky yarn and been looking for exactly this kind of pattern. Thank you. It is bright lime green. Looking forward to it being done!
Hi Marie I’m so happy your video popped up for me to see. I love the way you’ve done the sleeves first before completing the body of the sweater. The videos I followed before coming across your tutorial, all do the body of the sweater first then do the sleeves last which is a lot of work left to do! That’s my opinion anyway so thank you for this genius idea❤
Either add a few more rows, or see if you missed increases or dropped stitches. I sometimes have the same problem because my shoulders are smaller than the size required based on my bust measurement, so I have to play with it to get the needed stitches. Just remember, most small mistakes or adjustments can only be seen by another garment maker. An added stitch here or there won’t wreak havoc on your project.
Did you do any increases? You may have been adding a stitch every row If they’ve gotten wider. I would check if you also did a a stitch on top of your turning chain at the beginning:)
@@itsmariec well.. that might have been the reason. I didn't do it on purpose but then realized, that I didn't leave the first stitch out in every row. Now I turned them into balloon sleeves. Thank u anyways
Y'all mine 😂 bruh I can't stop laughing! The lines are all messed up, the underarms one and the side one idk where it went wrong but i'mma open the whole thing now
Once you have made the raglan part… so before you make the chain for your underarms … make sure that the width will fit you.. basically try it on and see if the places were your stitch markers are, are aligned with your underarm.. if they aren’t.. keep adding more rows before doing that chain to start the sleeves
It’s made to measure really :) so you can make it any size! I made a medium oversized sweater I’d say. To make it bigger or smaller you can add increase rows before starting your sleeves or reduce the amount of rows.

This year I came back to the tutorial to make another one 🙈
I changed the pattern a little for myself, but the result is incredible! Thank you!
Wonderful!
I made this! I just finished. I'm not big into crocheting wearables - this was the perfect combo of works-up fast and looks great!
how long did it take you to finish it?
@@joselingonzalez5697 about 3 evenings.
Wow, I was looking for an easy tutorial and then you just uploaded this one. I love it! 🥰
Aw yay!
@@itsmariec do i turn my work when crocheting the sleeve??

Thank you!! That’s such a sweet comment ♥️
This is the easiest way I've ever seen thank you so much for this tutorial 💜💜💜
I've literally never crocheted in my life but I have determination and the want for a cosy Christmas jumper, thankyou for this 😊😊
This is a very doable pattern - I have some chunky yarn and been looking for exactly this kind of pattern. Thank you. It is bright lime green. Looking forward to it being done!
I made this! This tutorial was great and the result is killer! I've already bought yarn for my second one!
When you're so enthusiastic you accidentally comment twice 🤦♀️
How much yarn did you end up using??
@@Ackerman.saliha I would guess around 24 oz / 600 g
THIS IS THE EXACT THING I NEEDED! I needed a pullover sweater exactly like this, and fall themed! God bless you!❤
I'm so glad!
I really love this tutorial❤ I’m about to be halfway done with the sweater and i already love it
Aww yay I’m glad :)!
@@itsmariecfinally finished and already wore it to university today 🥰 I’m obsessed 😍

I just finished my sweater the tutorial was great!! It’s so comfortable :)
I finished my yarn on a Sunday I'll wait to buy more tomorrow
Im currently working on this and it’s so easy! Love this tutorial! 🥰
Yay! Thank you!
Thanks to your video I also made a Sweater ❤️💚 Merry christmas 🎄
Aww sweet! Merry Christmas to you too:)
Hi ! I’m excited to start this tuto. How many yarn do you use ?
Good morning 🌄 blessings and awesome 👍🏾 crocheting 🧶 thank you
Awesome! Thank you! Excited to try
Does anyone know how many skeins of each color is needed? Thanks much.
Oh I can’t wait to try this🧍♀️
How many things of yarn did you go through?
Came from tik tok asap + Followed 😁😁
Aww yay thank you 🙏
Worked out great. Thanks!
i’m gonna make this the first real project i actually finish 💪
Yas 👏 do it!
Ok.its been 5 months now. 😂
How's it going. X
What type of yarn did you use? (Please ne specific) thank you!, it looks great!
Hey! It’s mentioned in the video. It’s weight 4 acrylic :)
What are the color names? Carrot and Buff?
hey, i wanna make a raglan sweater using hdc, do you reckon that's possible? all i see are sweaters using dc
Yes for sure it will just be longer to make. You can follow the same Increases as I do with the dc and just do hdc instead
For the sleeve did you connect to the space or to a stitch??
how many meters did you spend to make this sweater ?
would love to try this but can't see (or hear) how much yarn is needed in total to finish ...before I start....am i missing something? thanks
I used scrap yarn. I’d say you’d probably need about 1200 yards to make this exact size :)
what kind of yarn is it? the quality looks nice and neat
Red heart acrylic. I believe she says it at around 0:20
I want to make this in a large.
Help please
Thank you!!!🙏
It is long enough to go under my armpit but not wide enough for my body what did I do wrong?
Either add a few more rows, or see if you missed increases or dropped stitches. Love your video! How do you maintain straight sleeves? Mine keep getting wider so in the end they look like bell sleeves
Yeah same. Somwhow I ended up with Balloon sleeves so I've decided to just do half sleeves instead.
Do you crochet in the whole V chain or just the front loop?
Are you talking about the starting chain? Or in general throughout the sweater?
can I make this with double crochet only?
For sure! You can :) just follow the same steps to make your top piece as I do when I make that beige line. For the raglan increase points
I am using much thicker yarn for this for a WH Reboot! Sweater
Ouhhh I’m curious to see what the results will be!
Is it possible to add a hood to this?
how many grams of yarn did you use?
so i’m using a LOT smaller weight yarn so i’m adding more rows and hoping it works??😭
Yesss just keep measuring and trying it on and you’ll be good :)
14:46 will continue tomorrow from here
16:17 continue part 2
Can I ask how many yarn you use for each color?
Im unsure since I was using scraps. But total was around probably 1200 yards
how much yarn did you use for this?
Around 1200 yards probably :)
@@itsmariec thankyou !
@@itsmariechow many 50g balls is that?
how should i be doing the increases on the shoulders once you stop specifying? i did it one way and its not wide enough
Im not sure I get your question. You continue until you feel it’s wide enough for your size. There isn’t another way to increase :)
im a bit surprised by how heavy and weighted it is after nearly completing mine
What type of yarn did you use?
@@itsmariec Mohair, cotton and acrylic

@@itsmariec ah sorry! Thank you
This was the easiest tutorial ngl! But for some reasons my sweater sleeves is getting bigger and bigger😭. What am I doing wrong here?????
You are probably increasing
What size is this tutorial?
I’d say slightly oversized medium. But it’s best if you mesure on yourself like I mention in the video :)

how many roll do you use???
I am not sure but most likely around 1200 yards :)
how do you make specific to your size?
