This is some of the most beautiful music ever created. I found my way here somehow but man… how lucky are we as a people that we get to experience this and that someone recorded this moment for multiple viewings.
Simply heavenly Uncle C. And Dennis and Jeff along with you along with Amy. This was POPS signature song and doesn't need any Jazzing up. Perfection. Mahalo Nui Loa.
Beautiful voices.I grew up in Niue Island listening to my father's Hawaiian music. He was not a musician, but he loved Hawaiian music, and never been to Hawaii. Thank you to Hawaiian music.
I SO LOVE CYRIL PAHINUI I MET HIM IN PEARL CITY AND WEN I MET HIM I BOWED TO HIM AND LET HIM KNOW THAT I LOVE HIM SO, SO MUCH HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY FAVORITE HAWAIIAN MUSICAL ARTIST OF ALL TIME
Cyril, thank you for your heartfelt song, and the continuation of the sacred and special tradition of your father's work and music, and the Hawaiian music heritage. You are also blessed with the gift that is shared between some very special people in this music. Thank you for this, and your father's guidance before it. We are truly blessed to hear it all in our lifetimes. Hallelujah to us all!
Some how this came up on U Tube? Still in the middle of "lockdown", a beautiful Oasis of sound and beauty. What an unexpected healing. Those who know him are priviledged. 💖
saw him Waimanalo gabby pahinui kanikapila festival 2013, love to listen his slack key jam sesstion and his song by his natural Hawaiian voice amazing !!!! love love addicted Hawaiian soul music
The first time I heard it, I found tears in my eyes...30 something years later, after my mom moved right across the street from the beautiful falls, I still get misty
Like having Gabbie’s Heart open for us all… Ah-Lo-Ha, flame-long-breath… I grad with him, Kailua late 1960s. We’ve lost so many… lots of music in Heaven. Still blonde male math-head… but they loved me anyway… amazing to this day. Pono. Magicword. Mantra
