Anil Kakodkar Sir, pranaam. It was heartening to see you and listened to you after such a long time since the days you were our RC chairman at our institute (NGRI), Hyderabad. I had the great honour to interact with you, personally during those days. I still continue to contribute to DAE projects as Raja Ramanna Fellow, post retirement from seismological point of view. Presently engaged in the proposed NPP Mahi Banswada Project in Rajasthan after my earlier association Gorakhpur NPP in Harayana, while in service in 2014. Pranaam once again Sir, R K Chadha
Respected Dr. Kakodkar sir, I am very much happy to go through this VIDEO and got many of my doubts clarified because of your very clear explanation of the difference topics covered in this VIDEO. Many more thanks to you and your team for development of many advanced technologies for the Nuclear Programme of our country.
Questions: 1. His views on the development of Thorium based energy generation in India. 2. Development of Nuclear Fusion technologies and the possibility of them being commercially viable on a large scale, efforts in plasma science apart from the initiatives like ITER. 3. Integration of Biotechnology with Nuclear Science, and his views on nuclear proliferation in the changing world.
