SPOILERS:
But what about the fact that, at the end, Flora says that "Flora" is her middle name instead of her first name? Did Jamie change the names during the story, or? Otherwise Flora would have been able to recognize all of the names throughout the story, but there's just no indication that Jamie did that??

she changed the names but I think she used the middle as a first name in the story, also the manor it's not call Bly she invented

i think jamie changed their names because henry didn't want the kids to ever have to relive that experience. we know them as flora and miles but their "real" names (although its a fictional show so what even is real) are completely different

She probably changed the names to all of their middle names or something because the manor was not even Bly manor which gets revealed at the end. She just wanted everyone to know about their story and let Flora know this story because she felt everyone simply forgot their tragic deaths and sacrifices. Especially the sacrifice of Danielle.

yes she changed the names and a lot of other details. for example bly manor wasn't rlly the name of the house at all. she probably used snippets of real life like how flora is her middle name

They're all so great and funny! I love this show and cast! I loved when Henry was just joking and getting his own film wrong 😅😭 by the way, E.T. , poltergeist and ghostbusters are some of my favorite movies! I love the 80's ever since I was little, and I was born in the 90's

It's odd to me on why Owen couldn't have at least been more friendly towards Jaime like they've been through all that s** together and they couldn't even stand at the same table when Flora was dancing with her dad?? We never even saw them directly greet each other. Is this implying that the rest of them don't remember what happened? Somebody explained :(

SPOILER ALERT!!!!
Owen gives his speech at Flora's wedding's lunch/dinner looking directly at Jamie, as a way to say "i know what you went through and i'm sorry", and when Jamie is done with her storytelling he pats her in the shoulder. He does remember it all, only the kids have forgotten (probably because they weren't themselves 90% of the time as they were being possessed by Peter and Rebecca)! Jamie has always been more into her own little world, i guess that's why they're not talking too much or dancing together or anything of the sort. Also it must be hard for Owen to look her directly into the eyes knowing Jamie lost someone, and so did he. They're still grieving in my opinion. I hope this helps!
