Alissa does sing (vs growls) more with the Agonist than she has so far with Arch Enemy and I love her clean voice. The Agonist is still around, with Vicky Psarakis as lead. It's a different sound, different lead and 8 or 9 years evolution, but really big fan of both ladies and the band is quite good as always. Great reaction!
My first listen with Vicky didn't win me over, but I'm glad I gave it a second try. I really like them now that I got the 'omg replacement member!1!!' bias out of the way. XD
😂 You looked up the wrong definition! _Panophobia_ is the fear of everything. _Panphobia_ is the fear of unknown evil. The Agonist vocals split nearly 50/50 clean and distorted vocals, usually in rapid-fire succession. Vicky Psarakis is really good at it, though Alissa is a master. I've always felt Alissa's manic style was a better fit for The Agonist than for Arch Enemy, but at least Arch Enemy is adding some more clean vocals to take advantage of her full range.
Good song. You should check out some up to date Agonist with Vicky on vocals - she’s great. She also has a crossover funk/rap/metal side project with her husband (Robby from Stuck Mojo) called Sicksense and that’s really good too. 🤘
She's such a badass love the clean vox her and floor are the queens of metal she dose a duet with Tarja you should check it out it's live footage it's cool thanks keep rocking

arch enemy is also not clean vocal based. the fact they do it is because she is insanely good at it
@@skinflute And that Angela and Jeff have encouraged her to sing as it opens up more songwriting options. Also she IS insanely good at it!
You should check out The Agonist with their new sing Vicky...checkout Gift of Slience. She also has a vocal cover of Epica's Edge of the Blade.
Days Before The World Wept or Remnants In Time as well as Blood as my Guide are much better IMO
I hated it because old mate left they still go hard? Hit with your fave I'm keen on going back in!
Go for your fave hard as fuck with some clean vocals if that exists. Have a nice day brother
@@cumfarticus Listen to their latest record
