      If you sanctimoniously judge others by how they react to the meat industry and how dairy & meat are processed for consumption clown is a good word for you. If this bothers you so much don’t consume dairy or meat

      Then why so many cows roaming around roads and eating garbage and plastic?so called Gau rakshak sold it to butcher from back door

      @@abdulkadirvahora7143 poverty my friend, poverty. When we currently have people roaming around eating garbage, our priorities are only practical. At the same time, people with resources always try to donate in gaushalas. Thats the reality.
      And as for gau rakshaks, you shouldn't speak about things you don't understand. Unlike police, which first gets paid to protect livestock and then gets bribed to keep shut, gaurakshaks are the only people who have been able to make an impact on smuggling, that too out of selfless devotion. Thats why the impacted criminals try to defame them by all means

      Coconut milk. Not the crap in cartons that is basically coconut water mixed with rice milk, the stuff that's actually used in Caribbean, Indian, Sri Lankan and South East Asian cooking (And you'll find in places that sell those types of ingredients if your local regular supermarket or online delivery doesn't have it).
      I haven't gone back to dairy milk full time since.
      The cooking quality coconut milk, depending on the brand and how it's stored, can also separate into the milk and cream. If you re-combine them you have a substitute for double and single cream, too. I put it on my birthday cake a few weeks back and it was awesome.
      Not to mention that coconut milk can last weeks where dairy milk lasts days.
      I keep finding more and more ways where it substitutes for dairy and have even baked with it. I so far haven't been able to do that with any other milk substitute where you can basically use it 1 to 1 for milk products in a recipe. Coconut milk and oil is also a common ingredient in the best cheese substitutes I've been able to find.

    I find these videos hilarious that try to claim dairy cows and calves are treated bad. They’re actually treated pretty amazing. And those calves are treated better than people. They get colostrum from momma so they have an immune system and they’re taken away so they don’t get hurt. If it’s a bull calf then they sell it to someone who raises bottle calves. They are somethin else..... They’re like big puppies and they sure do act like it. Sweetest things

    We need milk and we need meat

    • @Faliat
      @Faliat 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We didn't have milk and meat back when we lived in trees. We still have the same digestive system and teeth. We don't need it.
      Maybe occasionally we caught fish and seafood because we have adaptations better suited for catching and eating them. But that's it.
      Are our bodies capable of ripping meat from a cow without tools? Are we able to eat raw chickens, feathers, beak and all? No.
      We CAN eat whole raw fish and seafood and plants, though, with comparatively very few problems or exceptions. Honey is also something we are able to eat naturally. But again, rarely.
      We are eating a lot of things we shouldn't eat and eating too much of what we actually historically ate as an event. And the lives those animals live and the deaths they have are far from the way they used to be.

    • @Faliat
      @Faliat 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@itsvo13 Yeah, meat is addictive, too. It's why people think going without it is so crazy.
      They've never been truly without it for a long time so they don't know just how garbage meat actually is and tastes and smells.
      I can go without milk for long, long periods of time and every time I do have a milk product there's now this odd aftertaste.
      So many people are addicted to stuff that when you actually properly taste them for real, not consume out of habit, they actually taste nasty, feel nasty in your mouth and stomach and do nastier things to your body.
      Milk and eggs are especially insidious because we've been sold this idea for so long that we need them. "Even if we don't eat meat, we should eat dairy and eggs because they're still good for us" . Like it's not the same industry and they feed into each other. They create a dissonance so you still keep buying their products.
