I've had foot drop for about 8 years. I used to wear a basic white plastic afo on my right foot. About 2 months ago I received this awesome afo! Let me tell you, it works wonderfully. It is very comfortable and flexible. It took me about 2 weeks to get used to it. I haven't had any blisters or heat rashes. The padding it comes with pushes moisture away from my skin surprisingly well. The pads are also washable and quick drying. The foot plate goes under the existing insole of whatever shoe you may wear. I've used it on all my existing shoes without any problems. Nike Roshe One and New Balance 580's are a couple of sneakers I've worn with this afo. I've done a bit of jogging. But mostly I've gone on 4 hikes averaging about 2 hours up to about 1000ft elevation. Dynamic walk is great at helping me maneuver different types of terrain including sand, gravel, loose rocky terrain with buried rocks of various sizes. Types of terrain I would have never dared try to hike on with my old afo. I highly recommend this afo for anyone planning to upgrade from an old afo, or are unfortunately getting one for the first time. But don't let foot drop get you down. I still enjoy almost every activity anyone else does. I just had to adjust a bit. I'm using a large dynamic walk. I wear a size 12 shoe. My foot is a bit wide, however I didn't need to have my afo reshaped to fit. Which can be done by the technician using heat. The pads that fit inside the calf area are a bit large so I just cut them to fit just inside the brace. I haven't found any testimonials on this afo. So I hope my two cents helped a bit.
