Lo triste de esto es que hasta el video está dirigido para extranjeros porque saben que la mayoría de mexicanos no cuentan con el dinero suficiente para adquirir una propiedad como esta, que almenos es una hacienda y ya, pero hay otras joyas arquitectónicas con gran historia detrás que quedan en manos de extranjeros en lugar de nacionales, y no digo que esté mal porque quien tiene el dinero tiene todo el derecho de adquirir lo que le plazca pero es triste saber que la mayoría son adquiridas por extranjeros por la falta de capital de los nacionales

Even if I was wealthy enough to purchase this beautiful piece of property, as an american, heck even as a native Mexican I would not feel safe purchasing anything in central america. I mean can the police & mexican army control the cartel & drug gangs here & thru-out the country?

I’ve never felt unsafe in Mexico. I lived in friends home in Puerto Vallarta formerly Elizabeth Taylor’s Villa. You people are so ignorant about life as expats. A million dollars is a bloody fortune in Mexico like 10 million in the USA. The Cartels aren’t bothering us there it’s so rare and seldom anything like that happens! Can’t own guns? You can’t carry over the border but guns are plentiful. Private security is as well in a place this size but we never had them at Casa Kimberly in PV. It’s 17k square feet so not small but not a compound. This is San Miguel the cartel violence is isolated you’ve been groomed by sensational negative news.
