It’s hard to put into words the Dichotomy of Elder Packer, he clearly suffered from Trauma from his time as a soldier in the pacific. He was a mean man and often spoke harshly to others. At other times he was warm and showing Christ like love. I found his words inspiring and believe he was a prophet but he did have flaws and apparently hurt many with his harsh words.
Was your comment being objective speaking about a vessel of God that way. If his words were harsh remember the wicked taketh the truth to be hard because it cutteth them to the very core. You should have checked yourself first because checking if his words were hard to you
Only those who have ear and eyes to see would know the meaning of this message in real pursuit of happiness and way returning home to God.
