Those "PERSONAL" copies were "noted" beside Quran verses (interpretation & stuff like don't write Bismillah), others were written by the order of descend rather than final revision order...
Imagine the confusion when reading & writing becomes widespread to find a manuscript differing than standard Quran, or finding a manuscript of Hadith thinking its Quran to be read in prayer !!!!

The Quran says that on the day of Judgement some people will apologize to God for following false religions and they will beg God to return them back to Earth to follow the true religion, but their request will be denied. I am afraid, by following an ambiguous verse, this will increase your chances to be one of them.

The Holy Spirit being God himself, knows about Jesus and The Father better than us.
Saying it is ambiguous is only, because you do not have the Holy Spirit. And you read the scripture so carefully, yet incorrectly (based on how you interpret somethings) because you think in it you have eternal life. Same goes for Christians who do not have Holy Spirit and rely on others rather than God himself.

Abu Umaamah Al-Baheli رضي الله عنه says that the Messenger ﷺ passed by him while he was moving his lips, so he asked: “What are you saying O Abu Umaamah?” He replied: “I am remembering my Lord.”
He ﷺ said: “Shall I not inform you of the most virtuous dhikr for the night and day? It is that you say:
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ عَدَدَ مَا خَلَقَ
al-ḥamdu lillāhi ʿadada mā khalaq,
All praise is for Allah as much as what He has created.
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ مِلْءَ مَا خَلَقَ

All praise is for Allah as much as what can fill His creation.
