i don’t know if you read comments, but i was playing something similar to this yesterday but i had muckmorpher+auctionhouse gavel as another highroll option, which allows a muck on 3 if you play hammer on 2. while muck has antisynergy with call and eureka, i thought being able to have another chance at an early big boy was worth it. i wasnt running moarg though, which would likely be weak off off of muck.

Greetings ,have you thought of trying rebuilding mechmage in 2021? It seems hilariously fun but inconsistent in my side. Do you think it might be somewhat viable nowadays?
Was going to request at some point just annoying hunter decks with dirty rats, but this did the job even better and was greatly satisfying to watch.

After dozens of tests I believe it's too inconsistent for this archetype - the only wild deck that might want perp.Flame + overdarft is frog quest. Also Serpentshrine portal is slow as a control tool, 3c minions pool in wild is not great, and this deck doesn't really need reach from hand - if it stabilizes, it's already won.

im not sure losing a card on mulligan is good enough for what overdraft already does

With a meta full of turn 5-6 kill aggro decks, this deck just feel cathartic. It's all removal, healing, and big taunts - everything these decks hate to see, and it's wonderful.
Also ancestral call as dirty rat to pull quest reward, so good
