+Hulk2k6 Well, they were pretty famous in the original version in Spain when the series came out. I also loved the voices in English. I am a gnome collector and I love everything gnome-related. But personally, I think we should just let them stay where they are, as beautiful memories. I think it's a bad idea to bring the series back in open TV.
The original Spanish release even had an official OST with extended versions of the themes (in their native language however of course). Look up 'La llamada de los Gnomos - Banda Sonora Original de la serie de TVE'.
ToonReel001 Yep, it's great. It's on TH-cam. There are also extended themes in Italian and Dutch, I have them physically, one of the best parts of my collection. I'm thinking about uploading all of the tracks in these languages. There is also a disc from the first series with Christmas songs.
Thank you for answering my question. I had assumed that the name was an alias, and you have further confirmed this and elaborated why. Best wishes on future endeavors.
Doug Stone You Intersound guys were still cool! I recall the same "Mickey Godzilla" popping up in stuff like "The Adventure of Manxmouse" and "Captain of the Forest".
I'm afraid I don't, I couldn't find 'em on d'web. It is also very difficult t'undersand 'em on d'video. Dey were translated into English from Spanish!!!

Come on, Little Planet You can smile Today We are the people Let us wipe your tears away In the clear blue sky The Sun is gonna shine We can clean this wold and can make it all so fine (repeat) Bridge: In the City, Everything is Dying Our Rivers keep on Crying And there's no respect for anything, No We have to try and stand together Keep our secret alive forever Mother Nature needs our help to win So come, Sing along We'll be strong Let us love each other Repeat v1 to end
I'm Klaus, the wise, and I have always wanted, To be a judge who knows just what is right and wrong, And be good and be strong. And on my swan up In the air I'm flying, Searching for justice, can't you see me trying? Right is the reason I go on. It's his! It's XXXXXXXXXX Because he found it, But I dispute that, Because I'm the lawyer defending Mr Mouse, Yes! But Sir, I think you're wrong. You're very pushy, but because I'm a good lawyer, I know what we can do, Let's hear the judge! Yes, because only our friend Klaus can solve it! I hear the wisdom coming from the Gnomes now, And altogether we have got the know how, Because we are people of peace. Everybody hear Judge Klaus, He's a judge and so wise. Hurry up my good friend Klaus, Tell us what you advise!
great show! timeless theme song. although it doesnt make any sense haha. im sure the 80's euro guys who sang the theme had no idea what they were saying. and most likely doing massive amounts of blow while in the production booth ;)
I keep looking for this outro and losing it. I've loved it since the 80s! ❤
I’ve been looking for this for years ❤ loved this song!! Thank you xx
That end credits song was something the world's needed to hear over the last 3 years.
I remember this cartoon from either the 80s or the 90s
Beautiful closing song
I only ever saw one episode of this as a child but I still consider it part of my childhood.
I wrote the lyric to the start and end themes of this programme and sang them both many years ago.
Thanks for the comment in that case. I particularly like the end theme song.
Cool to know that. A shame though that Nickelodeon never picked this up at all, and they had aired "David The Gnome" previous.
I'd love the end theme lyrics. Everytime I try to sing along, I'm afraid I'm butchering it. lol
You, good sir, enriched my childhood! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
How splendid ⚘
OMG, My sister played me this & I'm blown away. This was my childhood right here.
As far as cartoons from my childhood go both songs are by far my favourite. Bravo to whoever did this 👍
2:39 That's an 80s-as-hell bridge and I like it!
Childhood memories!😊
Yeah I did too an' so did me mudder, I couldn't understand a word of it, but I loved d'tune!!!
With the right Marketing, both of those theme song would have made a hit single!

Francisco Grilo I wonder if English versions exist.
ToonReel001 Sadly, no, they don't. It's a shame, I really like the English dub, but most versions didn't get any (or as many) original merch.
Am I the only one that notices there's a voice actor credited as Mickey Godzilla?
Thank you for answering my question. I had assumed that the name was an alias, and you have further confirmed this and elaborated why. Best wishes on future endeavors.

What's the word in the ending credits: "Come on little ___, you can smile today" ...???
"Planet". Amusingly the song's Spanish version is called "Pequeño Planeta"...
th-cam.com/video/fiag4su7h3I/w-d-xo.html
....planet.....
Well, the trolls can't torment David and his friends anymore, but they were able to pick on Klaus and his friends.
Requesting the lyrics to the closing part of this song
I'd also like to know. It's hard to hear.
Come on, Little Planet
You can smile Today
We are the people
Let us wipe your tears away
In the clear blue sky
The Sun is gonna shine
We can clean this wold
and can make it all so fine
(repeat)
Bridge:
In the City, Everything is Dying
Our Rivers keep on Crying
And there's no respect for anything, No
We have to try and stand together
Keep our secret alive forever
Mother Nature needs our help to win
So come, Sing along
We'll be strong
Let us love each other
Repeat v1 to end
Nostalgia!
Can somebody tell me the lyrics to the intro please?
I'm Klaus, the wise, and I have always wanted,
To be a judge who knows just what is right and wrong,
And be good and be strong.
And on my swan up
In the air I'm flying,
Searching for justice, can't you see me trying?
Right is the reason I go on.
It's his! It's XXXXXXXXXX
Because he found it,
But I dispute that,
Because I'm the lawyer defending Mr Mouse,
Yes!
But Sir, I think you're wrong.
You're very pushy, but because I'm a good lawyer,
I know what we can do,
Let's hear the judge!
Yes, because only our friend Klaus can solve it!
I hear the wisdom coming from the Gnomes now,
And altogether we have got the know how,
Because we are people of peace.
Everybody hear Judge Klaus,
He's a judge and so wise.
Hurry up my good friend Klaus,
Tell us what you advise!

The show was originally Spanish and the themes were translated from that edit if that gives some explanation. Look up 'La llamada de los gnomo'.
No problem!!!
If you're reading this You've been gnomed
What's the name of the ending song?
Not sure if it has a name.
Maybe "Hello Little Planet! "?
Me too!!!
Because I'm Irish, dat's it!!!

At the very end of the credits it gives the year
It was 1987
Not at all, its my pleasure!!!!
