If you want to have the rice starch experience you will need to change the water when using rice flour ( and don't forget to replace the exact amount of water that you poured out to keep the consistency of bot banh cuon!).Otherwise, no need. IMHO 😊
You’re teaching people how to make banh cuon but how come you don’t mention how many cups of water to mix with flour.? So you just tell us about which flour to use but for water you keep secret so people can put as much as water mixing with flour? You shouldn’t have a video like this to teach people how to cook
