11:40, if you decide to split those 8’s instead of hitting, all three hands would’ve gotten 21. First would be 8,3(double) 21
Other would be 8,4,9(21)

You should always split 8’s, but however in this case if he did, dealer would’ve got 21 as well. So I guess it turned out good for him.
Before I need to explain how, the dealer had A/A the next cards after that were 4 and 5 so dealer would’ve got 21

You can't always assume with a 5 deck shoe the dealer has a 20 with their top card being a face. That's why the "Book" is not meant for multiple deck shoes. if you are getting a lot of face cards with lower cards, the dealers cards are likely the same😊 still love watching you and Lady Luck😊😊

Your basic strategy is good but your bet strategy kills me dude. If you stack chips on wins, that means when you are winning, you are winning your low bets and when you lose , your losing your high bets. Either Bet with a Card count, keep a consistent bet, or reverse your strat so that you win on your high bets and lose when your bets are low
