SUBHAN ALLAH very powerful dua Ameen.
"Amantu billahi wa mala'ikatihi wa kutubihi wa rusulihi wa al-yaum al-akhiri wa al-qadri khayrihi wa sharrihi min Allah wa al-ba'si ba`d al-maut, la ilaha illa Allah
There are 6 fundamentals of belief in Amantu; they are as follows:
1. To believe in Allah,
2. To believe in His angels,
3. To believe in His books,
4. To believe in His prophets,
5. To believe the Day of Judgment (life after death),
6. To believe in destiny (qadar), that the good and the evil are from Allah.

Its meaning is as follows:
1. Amantu billahi: I believed in the ONENESS of ALLAH/ ALLAHA inandim/ Ich glaube an ALLAH
2. Wa malaikatihi: also his ANGELS / Ve MELEKLERINE/ SEIN ENGEL
3. Wa kutubihi: also his BOOKS / Ve KITAPLARINA/ SEINE BÜCHER
4. Wa rusulihi: alos his PROPHETS/ Ve PEYGAMBERLERINE/ SEINE PROPHETEN
5. Wal-yawmil-akhiri: also his DAY OF JUDGMENT/ Ve AHIRET GÜNÜNE/ den TAG DES GERICHTS
6. Wa bil-qadari khayrihi wa sharrihi minallahi taala: the DESTINY, that everything that seems as GOOD or EVIL to us take place through the knowledge of ALLAH/KADERE HAYIR VE SERRIN ALLAHU tealnadan olduguna / die VORHERBESTIMMUNG vom GUTEM und BÖSEN durch ALLAH den Höchsten
Wal-ba’thu ba’dal-mawti haqqun: alos in life AFTER DEATH (All of them are TRUE/RIGHT )/ Öldükten sonra dirilmek hakktir/ das LEBEN NACH DEM TOD
Ashhadu an la ilaha illallah wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan abduhu wa rasuluh: I witness that there is no god but Allah and I witness that Hazrat Muhammad is his slave and messenger./Allah’tan baska ilah bulunmadigina ve Muhammad saw.in de o’nun kulu ve elcisi olduguna sahitlik ederim/ Ich bezeuge, dass es keine Gottheit außer Gott gibt & dass Muhammed saw der Gesandte Gottes ist.

Prophet Muhammad was ordered to say 7 duas:
(17:24) and pray: "Lord, be merciful to them just as they brought me up with kindness and affection."
(17:80) And pray. "Lord, whereto Thou takest me, take me with truth, and wherefrom Thou takest me out cause me to go out with truth: *99 and grant me a power from Thee to help me." *100
(18:24) and say, "I hope that my Lord will guide me *24 in this matter with that thing which is nearest to the right way for me"
not sure if this is a dua
(20:114) and pray, "O my Lord, give me more of knowledge. "
(23:29) and pray, "Lord, let my landing from this ark be at a blessed place, for Thou art the best of harbourers".
(23:97) And pray, "Lord, I seek refuge in You from the promptings of the satans; more than that:
(23:118) O Muhammad, say, "Lord, forgive and have mercy! You are the most Merciful of all, who show mercy".
