OK, listen I feel horrible about that Oxford high school shooting, but to say every incident is truly separate, and every incident needs to be $5 million per person, you’re literally going to bankrupt the insurance company. I’m not saying people don’t deserve compensation. I’m not saying everyone shouldn’t get compensation, but you’re literally going to give all of those people who are involved $5 million. Again, people need compensation people need help victims both those that are currently still alive and those that have sadly left us need compensation, but to somehow act as if this entire event when it was one event is one individual separate event that’s just not true. I’m not a fan of the company trying to argue that this is all big $5 million event to their damages, but let’s be real here. This was one incident and we need a better way to address insurance after the fact, otherwise the insurance companies that ensure our public schools are literally going to say they won’t do it anymore. I know we want to compensate victims and we should but what happens when the insurance companies say we won’t ensure this type of venue anymore? Don’t think that’s impossible because look at Florida you never dreamed all those insurance companies would suddenly say we’re not going to ensure this state that gets hit by hurricanes on the regular. We are a nation that has a lot of mass shootings on the regular. You can’t blame an insurance company if they suddenly say we won’t offer insurance for that anymore
