But, despite Albania being one of the poorest European countries, it is yet more developed than the most developed state of India, that is, Kerela. It's HDI is High and GDP/Capita(PPP) is around 15,000 USD where as the average gdp/capita (ppp)of India is 7,500 USD and that of Kerela is 11,123 USD. So, comparatively, Albania is way more developed than India. Correct me If I'm wrong anywhere

India may not have higher per capita income because of high population but the GDP is much higher than the said country you named in your comment.
