I notice that you don't feel inside the boots & shoes to see if there is wear or places that would rub or hurt the wearer.. Love watching you source, especially half-off day! I don't have that gem of a day, Lucky you!! Your info about insoles & Laces was Fabulous! Thanks..
What keeps me from doing this resell model and most others, is the labor that goes into packaging and shipping. Myabe there are easy ways to do it and if that is the case would love to see a video explaining how you package and ship. Where do you get your boxes, what material do you use to secure the item inside the box and what labeling do you use. Also, do you have to visit USPS all the time, or is there a pickup method? I see the tools linked, but would love to see that in action
How do you PART out shoes? It's fabric and synthetic sole. Laces ? I don't think so unless you lot a whole lot of them, and I doubt you'll get your money back. You should make a video on how to part out shoes, esp. sneakers. 😇
Shoes are the biggest misrepresentation on these types of videos. All these TH-camrs pick up shoes and present them like they’re money in-the-bag, but even really good shoes that are priced correctly can take forever to sell - or may never sell. In my experience, on average, they are by-far the slowest seller on average of all hard goods (at least I consider shoes hard goods). I wish TH-camrs would be more transparent about the ROI on their lot of shoes as a whole. I guarantee it’s not what they are portraying in these videos.
Nice golf clubs haul there! I think Bearded Thrift Machine should get that cooler. Lol.
Quiero ver tus ventas,me gusta mucho tus videos,te saludo desde Matamoros Tamaulipas México, bendiciones.

I like that idea! Never thought of it.
Geez, our thrift stores just sell worn out, over-priced junk.
Did you forget the water cooler?
