Maybe the idea is to bring a cool design option to people that may be willing to invest time and effort because money may not be an option for them, tile and wallpaper are expensive and plaster and tape are cheap

I think it'll be pretty nice as an accent wall for a café or something, sure if u play around with it u can probably come up with other designs that is more fitting. The texture will also probably be quite interesting. Massive props to those who do wall art as a living, I could never.

The primer helps seal the wall putty. Wall putty, if let exposed, can be quite crumbly if hit.
