All cities have some issues. Gurgaon ka problem pollution, roads and sewage during rainy season. Similarly Bangalore jaoge toh gurgaon se bhi jyada high cost of living h and no roads at all. Within city itself 10kms cover krne m 1.5 hrs lag jaata h. Chennai koi jaata ni. Mumbai everyone knows despite a lot of issues where prices stand Ab problem ye h ki saari jobs tier 1 cities m h aana toh yahi padega agar acha paisa kamana h toh. Tier 2 m toh ni milegi high paying jobs. If someone can live with low pay better to go tier 2 3 cities. Ab noida ghaziabad delhi m bhi same issue h gurgaon jaise or similar. Also, noida m very few people live. Sab noida extension ya greater noida rehte h and it's good but again problem occurs as if ur job is in gurgaon. Ab jo soch rahe honge work from home chal jayega hybrid h so let me tell u lifetime nahi rahega as companies are asking to come to office mandatory for 3 days now and soon in few yrs 5 days h ho jaana h. Ab btao jaye to jaye kaha. Toh itna dimak lagao mat bs agar budget h toh le lo bhai and lifetime rent lo or rent se bacho. Ni toh invest in ur hometown and start some business. Jyada optikns h ni apne paas. There are a few emerging cities which will become tier 1 in future but progress is very slow and by the time those cities become tier 1 sab 30s ki age waale retire ho chuke honge
@@Deadp00l11-f2n wow, well explained. Ham Tier 2-3 cities walo ko actually paisa kamaane aana hi padega tier 1 cities mein, and kisi ko rent dene se better hai khud ka chhota mota ghar le hi lo apne budget ke according :) Atleast apna kehne k liye kuch to hoga in bade shehro mein
Gurugram real estate bubble hai, hyped hai. Kisi jaga demand Kam hone pe hi itne sare podcast karma padta hai. Kolkata ke urbana phase 2 pe sare flats pehle ho sol out ho chuke hai liking political reasons pe ye sab baat nehi karta.

@@TheVoiceMatters pollution and living cost too high. I dont think people are ok with their kids breath in gas chamber and pollution affect more on kids and elder people. Result are not immediate of pollution but take several years and by that time its too late. A normal person wants clean environment, playground and park, less commuting time, hygienic and pure food . Affordable medical facilities at least basic consultation, in gurgaon a normal hospital or client charges at least 1200 rs. For instance orthopedic surgeon in big hospitals charges 2000 where same experience and qualified doctor in tier 2 city charges 400

But roads bhi kafi jagah tute huye to hain
