L-C filtering or R-C filtering ? i am asking because it is easier to use a resistor after all. My need is to place some kind of filtering after a first bank of power supply caps and at the input of the caps feeding the Voltage regulators in an audio stereo preamp. Now there are only the caps before the regulators and there is some noise at the preamp outs. In an audio preamp of course the lower the noise the better Thanks a lot again. Kind regards, gino
