As a kid, I remember being bored to death at the tractor pulls, tuff trucks, and mud boggers. These days, I appreciate how absolutely insane those events were: Guys just sending ordinary pickups on the track, 4wd dragsters tearing it up, and tractors rocking 4 blown big blocks running on alcohol. How friggin' cool is that!? I would also like to see these events brought back into the shows.
I might be a hardcore Bigfoot guy, but I have a lot of respect for Dennis and this interview is another reason why. He has so much respect and love for his competitors regardless if they were beating him or he was beating them. Even though Bigfoot was whoop'n up on him back then, he still has kind words to say even though Bigfoot isn't apart of Monster Jam. Thanks for sharing this and I'll be looking forward to the next episodes and the Penda episode I'll be really looking forward to.
Dig this was a fantastic interview. Your questions were great and allowed Dennis to speak candidly about very interesting topics that you don’t hear normally hear him address. I like that you asked about people and topics outside of Monster Jam and that it wasn’t a typical Monster Jam soundbite interview if that makes sense. It was also great that you got that many questions in with him during an event when he’s always getting pulled in so many directions. Great job dude.
Lol, I'm listening to this again and when Dennis was saying that he wished that Bigfoot was apart of Monster Jam. Then he goes "I don't see that happening " always the character, but it's from the heart.
