Oh my, Mr. Sanchez, you certainly do NOT disappoint !! You and "the Boys" delivered a fun, toe-tapping, hip-swinging, pageant of songs, mostly written by you, with a cover of Roy Orbison's, "Pretty Woman" ...and, the addition of the Paul Anka cover was sheer genius! We got our tix in FEB, so, when I heard you were leaving the 50's era behind, I was worried that we wouldn't get to hear our faves from the "ANGEL FACE" Album that we all had fallen in love with, BUT, you played them ALL --- I was in heaven !!! Just a few days before this concert at Remlinger Farms, I turned 82 yrs old, and this was a Birthday Gift from my girls... daughter Ellen flew in from San Francisco to make sure I got to the venue OK. (Oh, we were wearing the sparkly red "SANCHEZ BABY" T-shirts ;-) ...) We sat in the ADA Section, which was quite nice, elevated, in shade, and center stage, but, a little too far back... luckily, daughter Robyn, who lives here in the PNW, squeezed into the front row, and shot some really FAB close-up videos (the best I've seen so far) ...so close-up I could see the twinkle in your eye 🙂!!! And, THEN... she finds you after the show, and gets a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" Greeting from you, on video, for her ol' mum (me!) ...so sweet of you... Love you, too! Safe travels to Japan for you and the boys! THANK YOU, from Donna, Ellen, & Robyn... A FUN, FUN, DAY !!!!!!
