See... one thing that mokokchung needs is water during shortage time..my advise is
1). For those who has drilled and those who have dug well proper water harvesting techniques should be given on how to save water and even to recharge the water well as well as dug well...by giving seminar to them
2). Is giving pig farm to those who want to do pig farm in home as we could see that naga are mainly dependent on pig brought from outside.. proper waste management should be given
3). drainage should be maintained
4).giving ways for the youth to set up business in terms of money ..
