This year Goodwood Festival of Speed was a bit different, but was absolutely insane. And here is a video with some of legendary and some of the latest racing cars that was doing some good or some worst powerslides.

Was it not a replica? I remember reading that the vast majority of the "250 GTOs" in these kinds of events are really well made replicas. Few people would take a real car of that value somewhere other than their front lawn.

Great to see so many drivers of rare vintage metal and older open-wheelers really giving it some welly at the turnaround!
The grin on the face of the female marshal crossing in front of the camera just after the Ferrari voiced its scream at around 7:35 made me laugh out loud.
What an awesome juxtaposition of the chest-beating NASCAR followed immediately by the squealing Fezza... nice bit of editing!

Seems like the "older" or "less expensive" looking cars were the best ones.
The old timers who owned the expensive ones probably couldn’t drive them worth a damn. Not all of them but I bet that’s the case with these cars that never see the road.
@@redbaron5308 i'm just thinking that replacement parts/repairs is probably a fortune in those, so to go for a donut that some of those cars definitely aren't made to do so seems like a bit of a gamble haha

Its one of my all time bucket list items to conquer my fears of flying and take a trip across the ocean to england one day to attend a festival of speed, france to see a lemans race. Also a trip to germany for the autobahn and nordschleife, preferably to watch the 24h and stay for a touristenfahrten day.
