They are getting some food. At the minute its just what they chase after on the loft. It’s enough I think. I lost a cock bird 3 days ago. I don’t even see it go.
They get food ,just not a lot. It’s the fine line . The beauty of only having afew Young at a time is that once I see each of Them go up and round the loft they know where they live . So I will up the food to 2 pinches of food lol
Actually this method seems to be a lot better than to tie the feathers etc. they get used to walking on one outside loft roof. Do you tomorrow feed them from one loft roof to another and back so that they open their wings a bit.
@@houtansadeghi if their wings are tied they can’t use them so they don’t learn anything. Yes they will next go from loft to loft before they go up hopefully.
Hi Joe, So after completing the ground training then it’s time for the first flight. Do you fly all the chicks with one or two experienced fliers or do you introduce one chick at a time with a kit of experienced fliers. Do you also make sure the whole kit is semi hungry so that you bring them down quickly. How long is the first flight for the chicks? 15 minutes. Thank you.

You have to put your birds out when they still have the yellow hair on them. I bet you will never lose no more birds.
it's when they get up in the air the problems start , at least for me anyway .....
I get it as well.
