i am enjoying this channel very much. i have been following your other channel for a long time now and now following this one about your solar projects and learning more about solar by watching to. right now the crew is at my house installing my solar system. with the way Illinois is about to put the hurt to all electric customers i hope this solar will help. mine isn't like yours but it will be a big system.

I bought two AC200max two years ago because the expansion battery did not come with a charger…now I can charge both batteries at the same time. I believe two years ago the charger was $200 not sure if expansion battery comes with a charger now. I use my Bluetti’s with my camper and have used in emergency for my house. The 30amp outlet is nice and the Bluetti’s have had zero problems!

Can't wait for the (Sodium-Ion) batteries to start coming out, they are only supposed to cost about 1/3 the price of (Lithium-Ion) ! Thanks Evan ! The one negative on Sodium-Ion is that they are not as dense as Lithium-Ion so they don't hold as much power, at least not under early tests.

I really like your content and this is a good review of the products shown. With that said, there is no "Y" in the name. It's "Blue" "Etti". There is no "Yeti" with this power station.

Evan the 48V output is awesome. While I have not researched their thinking on why it is included, here are some of my thoughts are direct DC charging for 48V UTV/Golf Carts/and other charging stations (more portable units). However, I could see this being used by some of us for powering networking routers, switches, cameras, etc as a lot of that stuff today is PoE capable and 48V is a common voltage for those. As a ham radio operator the 48V could also be used with a BUC-BOOST and provide power in the 13.8-14.6 range most of our equipment prefers.

Good information, Evan. I’ve been contemplating which would be the best brand to purchase and Bluetti frequently comes up as a top contender.

I wonder if the unit would run my 240 volt well pump. I runs on a 240 V 15 amp circuit.

Good video. Table saw might have a larger/longer surge on start up, being older, than other devices.

I have a Bluetti AC180 and it works well. I bought it for camping and other outdoor activities. I have had zero issues with it compared to Jackery and OUPES Mega 3. I am not sold on the cord that connects the units together. It doesn’t matter if its the AC300 or any of their other products their engineers should be able to develop a better cable for connecting the expandable batteries. Those cables are a nuisance once you have two or three additional batteries plugged in. I have seen numerous other YT'ers trying to wrangle that mess and for the space I would place the power station in, it would not fit due to those cables.
Great video as always. I wish you would have used that 30A plug. Do you have a way of testing the pure sine wave ability?

So is your plan to use this system instead of a generator on your UTV for chores around the farm? I don't see how you will integrate it into your two solar system.

Would you consider reviewing ECOFLOW as well? I'm curious of your opinion of that brand as well. From.what I've seen, Bluetti and ECOFLOW seem to be top of the line products

    Interesting.
I’m curious about the possibility of using power stations for 240v to power a well-thinking limited whole house backup on a farm home.
    Thanks.

You say that the handles on the main station make it easier to grip, but it would be better with two people carrying it.
I would like to see a video of two people carrying this thing. If the handles popped up, then two people could carry it , but those recessed handles are ridiculous.
Go ahead, try carrying it with two people. I am beginning to see you as a pitch man.

I don't see how handles up higher would help two people carry it. It would still be the same width. I can see if the handle stick out the sides, that would help.

    • @youpattube1
      @youpattube1 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

@CountryViewSolar-DIYProjects If each handle was proud of the top of the box, it would be easy to grasp it, with your palm facing your leg. So two people could carry it, like carrying a canoe from it sides.
But side handles, as you suggested, would even be better, so long as they could fold away.

Per Wikipedia, a 48-volt DC electrical system voltage is a relatively low-voltage electrical system that is increasingly used in vehicles. It began in the 2010s as a way to increase the propulsion and battery recharge during braking for fuel savings in internal combustion engine vehicles, especially mild hybrid vehicles. Also, are you sure about your pronunciation of Bluetti? I was pretty sure it is Blue-titty.
