Allowing user-entered "Inventory number" value in the Reference Substance form

Until now, if a value was not in the inventory, users had to create and import their own inventory entry. However, this is not the case in some scenarios where users may need to download the inventory from the IUCLID website and install it. Users now can enter their own value(s) manually and, in this video we show you how.
