My Family and me, we are originally from Eritrea 🇪🇷. My siblings and me, have been born and raised in Germany 🇩🇪 too. My siblings, my parents and me still live in Germany 🇩🇪. I'm 31 years old. I have a brother, who is 29 years old. He has been to Brazil twice since, 2022. He didn't say anything about racism in Brazil. I think he denies it. Thank you for telling the truth. 😊
I've been to Rio too. When you're black and American or European,, and you go abroad, ,you're perceived as American or European primarily. I think the inverse thing occurs in the USA internally, if you're perceived as an African-American as opposed to a black from the Caribbean, or from the U.K. I've worked in the hotel business for years. I, myself, noticed how differently I feel about people when I perceive them as being from Europe as opposed to America. I suspect it's my experience I've had with these different demographics. Until people of African descent are perceived as more prosperous or powerful, these social attitudes will continue to persist. By the way, the title of this video was very misleading.
@@UnclejuneBug175 I initially thought that, but what she is saying is that there is at least a “middle class in between the poor and wealthy in America. Brazil does not have that stratification economically.
@@UnclejuneBug175 I guess she doesn’t know of hundreds of thousands of homeless people in the USA people living on the sidewalks like the sea of people selling on the sidewalks in some African cities . Some people in the USA get government assistance and they are still living in poverty, standard of living classes rich, middle classes ,or working class and poor
In the US, everyone is not equal. In fact, 40 million plus people are poor in America. So yes there is a gap between rich and poor in the US . Not to mention gap between working class and middle class. The woman at the beginnjng of the video doesnt know what she is talking about .
I am Sudanese/Bahraini and currently I am spending my vacation in Brasil and this is my 3rd trip to Brasil. Wallah Al Atheem the reason I come to Brasil because Pele, Afro Brazilians because they are so many and Corinthians FC.
