Can someone doing a foundational/language course in Russia apply for a temporary resident permit? I heard someone say that only students doing degrees can apply for a resident permit.
Do i need financial proof before applying for what is it RFL or what can you please explain the programs RFL or Haverbel if i get it right you said one you 2yrs 6mon must expire before you apply for Temporary permit and the other within 8 months you can apply for permanent resident can you clarify please

@@abdullahimohammed6323 you come in with student visa. You can now apply for temporary residency which is valid for the period of study and extra 180 days.
@@Dayodome Yes please, you need to authenticate your degree certificate both at the Ministry of Foreign affairs and Education. Then at the embassy when you go for visa application, you'll automatically pay for document legalisation.

Is it when you have gotten the admission from a school in Russia that you then begin the process of authentication and legalization?
@@donaldonenojieide7326 Russian embassy does legalisation during visa processing. Authentication I'll advise after getting admission.
