You did a nice video but the music blasted- while the voice was almost inaudible! Why not redo the balance as soon as possible? Admirable shop. Keep up the good work,
You both have to be congratulated. A product of hard work & a dream. You're dream is happening! A little shop in Ireland has been inspired. Thank you both! The luck of the Irish sent your way! Best of luck..☘
@@YatesPrecisionManufacturing Thank you very much. I appreciate that more than you will ever believe. I had a fire 14 years ago and leveled my shop. Had to start over. Have spent that time getting back on my feet rebuilding and kitting out again. Started making again and it feels really good. Steel & wood don't play well together. Lesson learned the hard way. Thanks again for reaching out. Happy Thanksgiving to you & yours. Ireland sends many blessings. Good luck to you my friend.
Wow! Excellent choices of machines. QT for a lathe and a VFSS for milling. I couldn't agree more. If I'd put up my own shop, that'll be my first machines as well. Wish you the best of luck for your company.
You have a good shop . Please only as a suggestion put guards on those v belts on the manual lathe. From experience it only takes a moment when your a little tired or busy to put your hand somewhere it shouldn't go .
Hello Sir/ Madam , l am a manual machinist, l have got more than 25 year's experience in same trade , please let me know if you have any vacancy.thanks

Great video!! Jake bring Ashley's shipping table up 12" or so, her back will thank you. Very inspiring video wish you two the best.

Nice shop you have there!!
A good video and a nice workshop... Thank you for sharing
Great shop
Nice shop! Very clean and organized. Always a good sign. What about the Mori Seki??
Very nice shop! REALY CLEAN! Got my first taste of NC (paper tape!) in the 1950's at Otis Engineering in Dallas.
great job guys, would love to work with you there
Nice!
Good vid. Can you make a single component on a cnc machine? Is it worth it or do you have to use a center lathe or mill?
You can make single components. It's just more efficient to run multiples if you have the demand for them. Thanks!

Nice shop guys
Thanks Mark!

Too clean for a work shop
Why don't you manufacture razor blades on power press using progressive dies, it's cost effective..

Besides the poor audio, it would have been nice to see the finished product!
