Wow! That is allot of load on the bridge water tunnel and its banks, make pictures and submit an additional plan for next year maybe to build maybe higher banks and road over top of bridge? Looks like so far it holds which is good, as long as all the stone and cement work doesn't get washed clean around the outside with the creek river.
The authorities who paid to have the stream bridge work done should have paid to finish the work on the road bed over the stream. having the road half-finished has caused more work for everyone. It shouldn't have been left for o' que' and Hue to do it. The ladies work harder as volunteers than the men who were supposed to do the job in the first place. You ladies are such hard workers! good for you for setting a good example for your children to follow.
What is your source for: a) the existence of such "authorities"; b) that they paid for the work?
