  • what is it REALLY like working at TESLA? I tell you just some of what I seen and experienced while at Tesla! I contacted a couple lawyers to discuss a "wrongful termination suit" and will post more videos about what I witnessed, and updates as to what happens after being wrongfully terminated due to reports containing falsified information... while being purely in an effort by my superior to retaliate and an effort to.... SUPPRESS THE INFORMATION OF PRODUCTION BEING PUT ABOVE QUALITY AND SAFETY STANDARDS!!!! MAKE SURE TO SUBSCRIBE TO SEE MORE!!!

    I'm glad you are exposing them. I would never buy one of their cars. I always had a feeling they treated their workers like crap.

      Tesla tosses people out like trash.. and I even saw them fire someone the very last week that they had to wait for their company stock to be released... so they got every day they could out of him for a year or two straight and then fired the guy and kept all of his money! It makes me sick with what others and I went through with the wrongful termination termination, and them also keeping my share of company stock also by doing so is just sick to me.. because I was being told i am "the BEST employee" in the entire power electronics department where i got offered a permanent position and company stock if I took the position all before anyone else in our building got hired.. and then they promoted me and offered me a larger amount of Tesla stock if i took it, so I took the position while passing up on a job opportunity with another car manufacturer.. and all for them to just use me!!!! 🤮 🗑 They used me to fill in that spot until the new supervisor came and started stuff wrong and even do illegal stuff and when I was off to the side with him and pointed out these issues he basically told me to keep my mouth shut or I will have a problem with him.. and I was like "no I am an amazing employee that has put in 100,000% into the job working an average of 15 or 16 hours per shift and figured I would go to H.R about the new issues and they went straight to the guy and illegally gave him a heads up and 100% let him just completely write up 100% false reports.. where he dated the 1st report 1 month previous to that and then a 2nd report for a half month earlier than that at the same time making so that he only had to write up 1 more report for them to fire me and he wrote up the last false report that week all leading to me being fired and my entire family of 6 becoming completely homeless where we had to literally move into a homeless shelter for 3 months crammed into a small facility with junkies and people that never wash and have not went to tge doctors in years or even decades all while we were going through the covid pandemic and were sick with covid several times and my son was hospitalized due tochim catching covid inside of the homeless shelter! 😲 😱 😲 🏥 🏨 🏥 All so some scum bag could hide his errors and tbose intentional wrongdoings! 😥 I started to have seizures 2 months after being wronfully terminated by Tesla and have not been able to get any help from the government at all in any way because it is near impossible to get ssi or ssd or unemployment in NYS because they make it impossible for someone that is disabled without help.. and they take months before they go to process everything and then tell the person that they need to get a new doctors note because they took to long to work on the application and thencaftwr waiting 2 or 3 months to be seen by the doctor and get the note the workers tell me oh it needs to specify that i am 100% unable to leave home or work for OVER 6 months at the least and the doctor says oh idk if you will still be having seizures in like 3 or 5 months so they can't write it is 100% fully unable to leave home and will 100% be over 6 months at the least.. and then I set up another appointment with the doctor and they wrote the letter once learning about the situation and the doctor wrote the letter stating I can leave and I can't work outside the home and that it will be over 6 months because they could not schedule me for another round of all of their brain tests.. and that letter was wrote up by the doctor at least 12-16 months ago now and have not been able to get through the entire process for any of this other than 1 time a couple months ago with unemployment and the lady on the phone twisted my words when I sked a "general question" about if the doctors writes a letter again in the future and the lady put in the application that I said that I 100% could not work at all which I did not tell her that and only asked a hypothetical question to know the answer if I ever needed to know and she lied and put I could not work at the time because of doctors telling me I couldn't.. and I caught her doing it and tried to tell her to correct her mistake and she lied telling me that she did correct what she put down before entering in the application forms but never really did!!!! Like. Wtf?!!!! 🙄 so disability wants to say I can work when doctors don't want me to.. so i went back to work again and by never telling the employer that I had seizures so I could have a job because no sane employer will hire you if you have seizures.. and disability says you must have more than 6 freaking seizures every single week without any less than that any week!!!! That means wvwn if I have a super bad seizures every other day that I am ok to work according to disabilty.. even though no employer will hire me and then unemployment says oh you are disabled and can not collect unemployment even though I was already working after the doctor note and was fired for having a seizure and not continuing to work the rest of tge shift even though I had to to cover a couple days?! So this is my life and I can keep going and going with everything and why we have a gofund.me up... but my guess is that you and or anyone else that started to read this never continued to read the reply because of how long it is right? 🤔 if YOU DO READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE LMK BECAUSE I AM CURIOUS IF ANYONE WOULD EVER READ THIS MUCH ABOUT AOMEONE ELSES PROBLEMS

    why no one talks that 90% of teslas work force are temp employees who they get rid off after 6 months, rinse and repeat. i worked there for 2 years, feel free to ask me anything

      @@BuffaloEskate even worse, since they are temps they just deactivate your Card so you cant even get in the building, its a common thing to see people standing outside of security that just found out they don't work at tesla anymore

      @@benjaminvalencia1017 I busted ass to get hired on... Then became 3 star certified for every station in the department.. And took a promotion as department lead.. All before they falsified reports all 3 reports in a week and wrongfully terminating me!!! Ugh... What a joke the place is!!!!

      I was exposed to hydrofloric acid and my sinus has been clogged and inflamed for days
      My lungs burn
      They didn't have any signs up for that 😕
      12 hour day with a 10 minute break
      They tell you you get 2 15 min breaks and a 30 min lunch bit the break area and lunch room takes a while to get to like 20 minutes

      @@BuffaloEskate I'm a temp but I worked as a temp before they was going make me a full time hire but my mom got sick I had take care her so I quit I only want be 3 to 6 months im do truck driving they be doing people dirty that aint cool sorry hear that.

    Guys your personal experience is just that. This doesn’t mean any other individual will have the exact same experience as an employee at Tesla. Why don’t you consider this.

      Because I seen a LARGE PERCENTAGE of employees all go through similar situations while at Tesla.. so it is at the least a MUCH HIGHER RISK THAN ANY OTHER PLACE THAT I AND MANY OTHERS HAVE WITNESSED.. So I would always have that in mind.. as it will NOT change because Musk has TOO MUCH MONEY.. and after he uses the masses to continue building his empire while he works towards "people becoming completely disposable" more people will understand his true motivations and goals!!!! 💀 🤖 🚀 🪐

      Terminated during global pandemic because I became sick and requested to go home and was never allowed to do so... And then fired because my supervisors position was harder to fill than mine... And would have negatively effected production if they fired my supervisor... So instead the company told me and others to keep 100% quite about the issues and just swept everything under the carpet as well as knowingly allowed my supervisor to falsify write ups and wrongfully terminated me after not allowing me to go home sick even though I had the pto to cover it nor filled an injury report from that shift when I dropped a tesla charger on the top of my foot and ankle 6 hours into requesting to go home that shift... And then after they wrongfully terminated me they decided to reopen the factory without government permission during the begining of the mandatory shutdown and forced some of their employees back early regardless of the risks and fired those that made the choice to follow the government and health officials call in an effort to keep their family safe!!! THE COMPANY IS RAN BY "EVIL" GENIUSES!!!!! AND HAS TAKEN $750,000,000 FROM NYS TAXPAYERS TO BUILD AN OVERSIZED BUILDING WHICH THEY ONLY USE 75% OF THE SPACE TO STORE TONS OF EQUIPMENT PAID FOR BY NYS FOR OVER A YEAR AT WHICH TIME THE COMPANY THEN SENT THE EQUIPMENT OUT TO THEIR OTHER FACTORIES OUT LOCATED OUT OF STATE!!!!     So I just got hired as a Production Associate recently, there no offer details in what ill be doing, do you guys have any advice or foresight?

      Are you on a contract or direct hire? I would suggest to keep your mouth shut if you see issues involving any of your superiors, and do NOT go to H.R about any of those issues! Do NOT EVER TALK ABOUT STARTING A UNION!!!! Do NOT get any hopes up, as far as being a Tesla employee for a long period of time... because a big percentage of Tesla employees get the boot within the first few months, but I have also seen the higher ups wait until the very last week before an employee could cash out the stock that was given at the time of being hired, and the higher ups fired the individual the last week before he could touch it 😳

    I literally just got an email a few minutes ago for a position as a Production Associate, Pilot Line Battery Cell Manufacturing dept. at the Fremont site… can anybody tell me any details or wat that job position consist of???

      I use to be a production associate. If you get put in “Marriage” I don’t recommend you stay there. Everything there is physical and dangerous. When I was there they were just adding these robots that lift and lower the car. They fell down twice. I guess me and my team were the test dummies for these new machines. What I hated about my area when I was starting was that they gave you write ups for everything. Everything gets blame on one guy in charge of the small crew so basically that guy is on your ass throughput the whole shift

      Also what sucked was the pay was the same as others around my department. Like some guy can be putting the tesla emblem throughout the entire shift and get payed the same as me

      @@Westcoastguy i actually decided on staying with my current employer instead of working for Tesla, that commute and waking up really early was the deciding factor for me. Plus i heard the turnover rate for the Fremont site was kinda bad

      Yeah, If you can apply to another job while there and transfer to a job at another company before dealing with the craziness then it could be a good notch on a belt... but I was killing it and making as many records as I could left and right and then I got sick with 101° temp and asked to go home and everything changed for the worse after that point!!! 😆

They pulled this stuff right after ai moved my entire family near the plant and devoted every aspect of my life to the job.. but when employees are basically trash to the company it will never work out good for that employee!!!

    I just concluded an interview with Tesla who offered me a two month position. I was excited but now I’m fully disappointed.

      Where you hired directly or through a temp service? Why did they say 2 months? The turn out rate at Tesla is super high!.. and 95-99% of employees there in the past year and the employees have all been completely replaced in that short time! I was promoted as the department lead and went from the #1 employee to being written up 3 times qith completely false write ups within 2 weeks by the new supervisor because I went to H.R and told them what issues I seen and hr told the supervisor and knowingly allowed him to falsify the reports and I was fired at the start of the shutdown!!! When they were supposed to shutdown but threatened employees to still come in or get fired and then Tesla lied to the government and vlaimed to be open to build ventilators.. but only had like 3 people working on them while they had all other employees make solar panels and the chargers and I seen many violations and should have kept my mouth shut so I didn't get fired but they have fired most if not all employees even if good employees!!!! Lmk how everything goes please!!!

ESPECIALLY BEING THAT THE OWNER "MUSK" IS NOW THE RICHEST PERSON ON THE ENTIRE PLANET AND CAN EASILY AFFORD A "TEAM" OF LAWYERS.. AND IN MY SPECIFIC CASE I COULD NOT EVEN TAKE THEM TO COURT AS THE SHUTDOWN COMPLETELY MADE IT 100% IN MY SPECIFIC SITUATION... SO UNLESS THE GOVERNMENT GIVES AN EXTENSION FOR PEOPLE TO START WRONGFUL TERMINATION SUITS AFTER MORE THAN 12 MONTHS... I AM JUST SCREWED ALL IN ALL!!! ...NOT ONLY DUE TO WRONGFULLY LOOSING MY JOB... WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND AS ME AND MY FAMILY WERE LITERALLY STAYING IN A HOMELESS SHELTER RIGHT BEFORE TAKING THIS JOB AND RELOCATING MY ENTIRE FAMILY NEAR TESLA TO BE ABLE TO REVOLVE EVERY BIT OF MY LIFE AROUND THE JOB AND THE EFFORT TO CLIMB THE LATTER WHILE THERE... AND WENT FROM THAT MODEL EMPLOYEE TO BEING FIRED UNJUSTLY IN THE SNAP OF A FINGER!!!! IT IS PROBABLY COMMON SENSE... BUT NO MATTER HOW THE COMPANY TRIES TO TWIST IT... THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES AND THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THOSE EMPLOYEES OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN PRODUCTION NUMBERS!!!! THIS EVEN GOES FOR THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS AS I HAVE PERSONALLY PULLED OF DOZENS OF DEFECTIVE TESLA CHARGING UNITS JUST IN ONE SHIFT ALONE WHILE UNDER THE SUPERVISOR THAT FIRED ME... AND EACH CHARGER CONTAINED 1 OR MORE LARGE LOOSE SCREWS AND BOLTS INSIDE THE CHARGING UNITS THAT COULD CAUSE A MAJORLY CATASTROPHIC SITUATION SUCH AS AN EXPLOSION... ALL WHILE THEY HAD ALREADY MADE IT FULLY TO THE PACKING AREA AND WERE ALREADY ON PALLETS AND 100% CLEARED TO BE SHIPPED OUT!!!! THIS IS JUST SOME OF THE STUFF THAT I PERSONALLY WITNESSED AND EXPERIENCED FOR MYSELF... "AND DOES NOT EVEN INCLUDE THE MANY MANY OTHER CONTRACT WORKERS THAT WERE LET GO FOR MADE UP REASONS OR GIVEN SOME B.S REASON ALL BEFORE I WAS WRONGFULLY TERMINATED MYSELF... BUT I WAS TO FOCUSED ON MY OWN PERSONAL SUCCESS TO GET INVOLVED WITH THE OTHER PEOPLE'S ISSUES... AS ME AND MY FAMILY WERE RECENTLY IN A SHELTER AS I STATED PREVIOUSLY... AND I WAS FOCUSSED ON DOING ANYTHING IN MY POWER TO CLIMB THAT LATTER AND FOCUS ON ME AND MINE AS SOME PEOPLE SAY!!! AND NOW I CAN ONLY CALL IT BAD KARMA... FOR ME NOT STICKING MY NECK ON THE LINE WHEN I SEEN OTHERS GETTING FIRED... AND I WOULD SAY THAT 60% - 90% OF TESLA WORKERS ARE FIRED FROM TESLA AT SOME POINT AND OUT OF THOSE PEOPLE I WOULD SAY AT LEAST 1/3 OF THOSE PEOPLE WERE FLAT OUT WRONGFULLY TERMINATE AND ALL WHILE MOST OF THE OTHER EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACT WORKERS KNOW ABOUT THE ISSUES BUT TURN THEIR HEADS AWAY SO TO SPEAK... AS NOBODY WANTS TO RISK THEIR EMPLOYMENT FOR STANDING UP FOR ANOTHER WORKER ESPECIALLY WHEN MOST OF THEM ARE LOWER LEVEL CONTRACT WORKERS AND WE ALL HAVE OUR OWN FAMILIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ETC!!! I DO REALLY WISH THAT I WOULD HAVE BROUGHT ONE OF THE SMALL HIDDEN CAMERAS THAT YOU CAN BUY ONLINE FOR PRETTY CHEAP, SUCH AS A PEN WITH A SMALL HIDDEN CAMERA INSIDE.. OR EYE GLASSES WITH A HIDDEN CAMERA INSIDE ETC... TO DOCUMENT MORE OF WHAT I WITNESSED WHILE BEING INSIDE THIS PLACE!!! AS TESLA WILL DEFINITELY FIRE SOMEONE FOR MADE UP REASONS IF THEY TRY TO DOCUMENT STUFF THAT COULD GET THE COMPANY IN TROUBLE SUCH AS DOCUMENTING QUALITY CONTROL ISSUES... SAFETY ISSUES... INCREASED HEALTH RISKS... OR ANYTHING THAT COULD MAKE THE COMPANY LOOK BAD SUCH AS SHEDDING LIGHT ON THE COMPANY'S ISSUES AND WRONGDOINGS!!!! TESLA IS A COMPANY THAT SAYS THEY FOCUS ON HELPING TO TRANSITION THE WORLD TO SUSTAINABLE ENERGY... WHEN IN REALITY THEIR MAIN GOAL IS TO PUSH ITS EMPLOYEES TO PRODUCE AND PUSH OUT AS MUCH PRODUCT AS POSSIBLE WHILE ALMOST ALWAYS BEING SHORT HANDED BY AT LEAST 10% - 30% OF THE REQUIRED WORKERS NEEDED TO PROPERLY RUN A SHIFT... ESPECIALLY ON THE NEW NIGHT SHIFT THAT I WAS RUNNING AT THE START OF THE PANDEMIC!!! THIS IS JUST SOME OF THE ISSUES THAT I WITNESSED AND EXPERIENCED!!!! THE FULL STORY AS WELL AS OTHER EMPLOYEES THAT WANT TO COME FORWARD WILL BE BROUGHT TO THE PUBLICS ATTENTION VIA MY CHANNELS AS WELL AS OTHER TH-cam CHANNELS AND EVEN THE NEWS OUTLETS IF AND WHEN I SEND IN THE STORY TO ONE OF THE 3 REPORTERS THAT REACHED OUT TO ME SINCE THE WRONGFUL TERMINATION HAPPENED!!!! I WISH YOU LUCK... AND DOES NOT HAPPEN TO EVERYONE...     They have people going into my cars during my shift to vandalize them. So, I'll be discussing that with the IFJ. Pisses me off because of the amount of work I put in for this company and they do this. Won't be surprised if Elon gets sent to prison in the future. One lady was fired for having a heart attack while working. That's really low and tells you if they care about their employees and the answer is they don't. Or at least Elon doesn't.

      Yeah I agree with all of that! I was literally their best employee in the entire department... and I still ended up being wrongfully terminated because a new supervisor made a bunch of mistakes and they wanted to hide those mistakes.. such as my supervisor NOT allowing me to leave when I was with an extreme fever.. and him NOT making any injury reports or notifying anyone when I was injured that shift due to me being so out of it due to the fever.. H.R told those Temps that knew about it to keep quite.. and nobody else including my partner wanted to be fired as I was after they were making an example of me for complaining about the issues to H.R!!! ...AND WHATEVER YOU DO... SO NOT BRING UP ANYTHING ABOUT UNIONIZING AS THEY WILL FIRE "ANYONE" THAT WANTS THE EMPLOYEES TO UNIONIZE!!!!

      If you want to hear an even crazier story.. our family was knowingly poisoned by a landlord for 2 years so bad that he was the first person to EVER be charged for this here in NY over the past 8 years.. and the Conty D.A charged him for it.. but then that D.A and the county court just let him walk without having to ever spend even 1 day in jail!! We became homeless dur to everything and we became homeless staying in a homeless shelter and spent every single cent we had saved up just to pay security and the first 90 days or rent, and we are on a LAST payment plan we can get for our gas bill.. and we are about to have our gas shut off if we don't raise money quickly and try to Pay it!!! Another of my newer videos talk about the situations if interested in watching to show our family the much needed support!!

      dam i just got an full time direct hire offer for tesla for there robotics tech position the pay is nice too but after hearing that im not sure if i should accept it but right now there the only company paying 40$ hour for me while offering a 4 day work week im having mixed Opinions.

      People actually sharing the info and banding together on the issues is the only chance of changing the issues!!!! If you want to go over your situation with me or do a collaboration of some sorts where we can interview each other and/or share each other's story as I can probably make an hour long video going over everything that has been witnessed or experienced by myself while being at at Tesla! If you want to make a short video and upload it I can share the video and the links as well as maybe do a short interview to help get your story out if interested?! I have seen the company and upper level management make poor decisions and put quality and safety as well as employees below production numbers, and have seen people discriminated against at times and employees being wrongfully terminated! The company is slick and knows what they are doing as far as being the most strict company when it comes to talking about Tesla in anyway at all, and it is understood that a company doesn't want negative publicity and whatever else, but most of anything I have personally seen or heard about the company and what it is like to work there, or issues going on behind closed doors have all had at least some truth behind it!!!! The company is smart and locks you out of your work email and work messenger before they even terminate the employee as they did in my case, especially if the messenger or email accounts have messages in them that can show wrongdoing on Tesla's part or can negatively impact the company or show what is really going on behind closed doors!!! So I plan on going through and reading what I have as far as notes, and dates, and anything else and will be continuing to talk to lawyers about the situation and what my options are and will be uploading videos sharing the info of what I have experienced... As well as what others have experienced while being there such as witnessing lies, and deceitful tactics used by some of the upper level management at Tesla, and the fact that "PRODUCTION IS PUT ABOVE ALL ELSE"... EVEN ABOVE THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELLBEING OF IT'S EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!

I HAVE SINCE THEN BURNED THROUGH MY LIFE SAVINGS SUPPORTING A FAMILY OF 6 FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS AS TESLA TERMINATED ME DAYS BEFORE THE COVID SHUTDOWN, WHICH ALL STARTED WITH ME BEING EXTREMELY ILL AND NOT BEING ALLOWES TO USE MY PTO THAT I HAD ACQUIRED TO LEAVE WORK AND GO REST AS MY SUPERVISOR SAID "IT WOULD EFFECT PRODUCTION, AND WOULD HAVE TO SEND EVERYONE HOME" BECAUSE IF I LEFT NOBODY COULD RUN THE FLOOR AS ALL OF THE OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE NEW AND DID NIT KNOW HALF OF THE STATIONS, AND THE COMPANY USED ME... AND PUT PRODUCTION IVER MY HEALTH AND SAFETY AS WELL AS THE OTHER EMPLOYEES... JUST TO USE ME TO TRAIN THE NEW EMPLOYEES OVER THE NEXT TWO WEEKS AND FALSIFY REPORTS AND FIRE ME AS SOON AS THEY HAD WHAT THEY NEEDED!!!!!!!! IT MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH TO KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO ME AS WELL AS SOME OF THE OTHERS WITH SIMILAR SITUATIONS, AND HAVE JUST SWEPT IT UNDER THE CARPET AND GOTTEN AWAY WITH IT SO FAR!!!!!!!!! THE COMPANY IS WAY TOO BIG AND WAY TOO RICH, AND HAS JUST BEEN HANDED WAY TOO MUCH... TO BE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH USING SOME OF THEIR EMPLOYEES IN THE WAY THAT THEY DO, AND BASICALLY ROBBING SOME EMPLOYEES AND FAMILIES OF EVERYTHING AS THEY HAVE IN MY PERSONAL SITUATION!!!! AS YOU CAN SEE... THIS HAS REALLY GOT ME AS UPSET AS I COULD BE... AND I FEEL THAT ANYONE THAT HAS A STORY OR INFO TO TELL ABOUT TESLA GETTING AWAY WITH STUFF THAT THEY SHOULDN'T OR WALKING ALL OVER SOME EMPLOYEES, AND WRONGFULLY TERMINATING EMPLOYEES FOR SPEAKING UP ABOUT ISSUES THEY SEE.. OR TALKING ABOUT THOUGHTS OF STARTING A UNION, AND TESLA WILL CONTINUE TO GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING THEY WANT TO AS THEY HAVE BEEN, UNLESS PEOPLE STAND UP AND SPEAK OF WHAT THEY HAVE WITNESSED OR EXPERIENCED WHILE AT TESLA!!!!!!!

They added new robots that lift and lower the car, Those robots broke down twice and no one in my team didn’t want to sue. That’s when I realized this company is shady

I came in with a fever 101° and higher and my supervisor would NOT even let me leave that shift because it would have shut down production that day AND PRODUCTION IS WORTH MORE THAN AN EMPLOYEES LIFE!!!!

      @@tiempoderelajarce983 yeah, I have a lot of stuff at Tesla!! To talk about some if it:
      I was a model employee with a spotless record.. and I was literally the number 1 employee on the floor, and I was the only employee in our department on our shift to became 3 star certified for every single station in the department which gave me the power to train and certify other employees.. and I was hired on faster than any other employees because of standing out so much in a positive light.. I became the "department lead" underneath a brand new supervisor who on his 3rd week would not permit me to go home while I had an extreme fever and I was begging to go home and he said I could NOT go home sick because I was the "lead" and he did NOT know how to do half of the stuff that I did there to keep machines running etc.. and he would have had to shut down the entire department that night if I left sick.. but I had a fever so bad that I left with a thermometer when going to work to watch my temperature if I got worse.. and only went in to cover the shift while they figured out how to cover me going home sick.. 😫 and he said I could not leave several times and watcjed me progressively get worse over my shift until I was walking into machines and other items in the department until I eventually dropped a large 50-60 pound charger that is in a thick and heavy metal case on my ankle and upper foot.. and he did not notify h.r or medical or write an incident or injury report.. because it was ultimately his fault due to him keeping me on shift especially when I was very visably sick especially by the time mid shift rolled around.. and when people started asking about everything and I started telling them he tried to warn me to keep my mouth shut, and not talk to any of my follow employees or management about any of the issues I had with him or "I would be fired".. (which I thought to myself, "yeah right I am the #1 employee.. and the shift could NOT even run without me being there for even 1/2 of one shift when I was extremely ill, and this guy can't just get my fired when I am just crushing it at my job and NEVER having 1 issue in any way there EVER"! ) ..but when I went to H.R for the very first time to inform them of all of the issues such as this supervisor intentionally NOT reporting the injury/incident that he clearly witnessed happening and walked the 5 foot over to ask me if I "broke" my foot or "not"... and also told H.R about a few other things that this new supervisor knowingly did wrong.. and even though I could have sued at that time due to the issues on that shift H.R went straight to the supervisor and tipped him off that I went to them about everything that happened, and then the H.R department knowingly allowed the supervisor to falsify 3 seperate 1000% made up b.s reports.. and they also allowed him to write a 3 week old date when handing in the first write up.. and also hand in a write up for "earlier" that week.. and a write up a few days later.. all back to back to back.. all within 1 or 2 weeks.. and then wrongfully terminated me.. even though it is 100% AGINST COMPANY POLICY for a supervisor to be able to write up an employee back to back like that.. without allowing that employee a certain amount of time and the ability to correct whatever imperfections it may have been when it is the same type of situations that this supervisor used, and yet the H.R DEPARTMENT KNOWINGLY ALLOWED the supervisor to write FALSIFIED REPORTS.. EVEN AFTER H.R VERIFIED THESE ISSUES WITH SEVERAL EMPLOYEES BEFORE H.R TOLD THOSE EMPLOYEES THAT THERE WAS AN INVESTIGATION GOING ON SO THEY COULD NOT TALK ABOUT ANYTHING INVOLVED WITH THE SITUATIONS.. ALL SO THAT H.R COULD ALLOW THIS SUPERVISOR TO GET AWAY WITH THE FACT OF HIM NOT WRITING UP AN INCEDINT REPORT.. OR AN INJURY REPORT WHEN I WAS EXTREMELY ILL AND THEN PHYSICALLY INJURED.. AND THIS WAS ALL AT THE START OF THE PANDEMIC THAT I WAS ON THE FLOOR BURNING UP WITH A FEVER AND POURING SWEAT!! 😓 WHICH WE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE BRAND NEW COVID STUFF.. WHICH IT WAS LITTERALLY DURING THE VERY FIRST MONTH OF THE COVID OUTBREAK AND PEOPLE DROPPING LIKE FLIES.. AND I WAS SICKER THAN EVER OUT OF THE BLUE WHILE I HAVE 4 KIDS TO WORRY ABOUT BUT THE BOSSES ONLY CARE ABOUT PRODUCTION STAYING RUNNING AT "ANY AND ALL COST" APPARENTLY!!! ..AND THE COMPANY STAYED OPEN DURING THE MANDATORY SHUT DOWN THAT HAPPENED THAT WEEK EVEN THOUGH THE GOVERNMENT DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO DO SO.. AND THEY CLAIMED IT WAS TO MAKE VENTILATORS FOR PEOPLE THAT WERE SICK AS AN EXCUSE TO BE ABLE TO STAY OPEN AND NOT LOOSE MONEY!!! AND REALLY ONLY HAD LESS THAN 1%-5% OF TESLA EMPLOYEES EVEN WORKING WITH THE VENTILATORS WHILE 95% WORKED ON TESLA CHARGERS!!! THE COMPANY IS SUPER SLIMY BEHIND THE CURTAIN AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE COMUNITY WHERE THE FACTORIES ARE LOCATED, NOR IT'S EMPLOYEES AT ALL.. EVEN WHEN YOU ARE A LOYAL AND HARD WORKING EMPLOYEE.. AND THEY WILL WRONGFULLY TERMINATE A PERSON IF IT IS EASIER TO REPLACE THAT PERSON AS IT WAS IN MY CASE BEING THAT THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME MAKING ME TRAIN MY REPLACEMENT BEFORE THEY PULLED OUT ANY OF THE WRITE UPS SO THEY COULD PLAY THE $#!+ OUT OF ME!!!! IF AN EMPLOYEE EVEN BRINGS UP TRYING TO START A UNION WITH ANY OTHER EMPLOYEES AND THEY FIND OUT THAT PERSON WILL BE WRONGFULLY TERMINATED!!!.. AND THE WAY THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS STUFF INSIDE THE TESLA PLANTS IS BECAUSE THEY SCARE THEIR EMPLOYEES INTO BEING QIET, AND NOT TALKING TO OTHER EMOYEES, OR ANY OTHER PEOPLE ABOUT THEIR JOB OR THEY CAN GET FIRED AND/OR SUED.. AND THEY HAVE CRAZY AMOUNTS OF MONEY AND LAWYERS SO 99% OF PEOPLE ARE GOING TO KEEP THEIR MOUTH SHUT LIKE I DID WHEN I WITNESSED A COUPLE OTHER PEOPLE BEING WRONGFULLY TERMINATED WHILE I WORKED THERE.. BECAUSE I HAVE A FAMILY AND 4 KIDS TO SUPPORT.. BUT I WAS STILL SCREWED OVER SUPER HARD BY THEM!!!

      @@tiempoderelajarce983 yeah it is funny how secretive the place is.. and how much they get away with sweeping under the carpet!! What I can tell you is the first few months are generally easy for new employees if they try to be good and keep their "heads down" or ignore any wrong doings you see with management.. and do NOT talk about unionization, but other than that maintenence just maintains the machines that go down, which is different at different locations and times, and the pay is pretty decent for maintenance, although I do NOT remember what they were paying at the time! I would say above $25 an hour as I was going to be at $23 I think when I was the department lead after the first promotion, and you can be lucky to get overtime each week depending on your if your higher up allows for it, which can be really good pay the last day of the week! The shifts are generally split up into split shifts where you work only 3 12 hour shifts one week, and 4 12 hour shifts the following week, and goes back and forth like that every week, which I was normally able to get 4 12 hour shifts plus stay an hour or two past the 12 hours almost every shift which you already hit overtime at the 4th day of just 12 hours because that is 45-48 hours in a week,but all depends on several things going on!! The only other thing that I would strongly advise, would be to start putting in applications at other places that would appreciate you being a strong employee at Tesla, and hopefully you could use Tesla as a stepping stone before any risk of termination weather it be a wrongfully termination or the company laying off large amounts of people at one time as I have seen the company shut down entire departments with no real warning, that had about 50% of the companies employees, and have NOT seen any employees really make it for longer than a few months to maybe a year or two max NO MATTER what unless you are a big boss in the main office or really lucky, but working at Tesla does look good to other companies if you are there for say 1 year and are a good employee that is currently employed there and just looking for something different for whatever reason!! I would tell the perspective employer that ai am in fear of being stuck without a job as you have heard and witnessed a high turn out rate and lots of people that are good employees being let go with little to no warning amd is more important to stay employed than to stay at Tesla!!!! 😃

My family knows all too well that "people with money can get away with ANYTHING!!! Our landlord that owns like 40 properties knowingly poisoned my family and he plead guilty to it and the courts still let him walk!!!

      I can't tell you what the exact amount the rate is at this time, as the pay rates change.. but I can say that Tesla did pay decent.. especially if you can get O.T every week and move up like I did.. but the company just had a problem with wrongful terminations and sweeping things under the carpet.. but hopefully things are changing for the better, and I wish you luck!!!!

      Worked for Tesla about 7 months now.
      It's fine but the hours aren't as good as they use to be.
      Prepared to look for something better but originally that wasn't the goal.
