I hate those superior boxes. ive seen guys drop the box because that stupid lock didn't hold due to it being connected to the lift gate. plus air transfers suck.
I drive and service this kind of equipment in here Finland and i can say here the locking is very strong and reliable, because we have in the front a air operated locking mechanism or a hydraulic mechanism.

I've got the same set up, and I HAVE to be on a down hill slope or my box won't transfer when loaded...... frustrating as hell.
I run a 1988 Reliance set and that thing is built like a tank! It will transfer pretty much anywhere

at the end of the day I don't think about work or anything related to it. The truck was ok, but too much time was devoted to it. to each their own

Having used those boxes for years they are light and good quality and dropping of them is only operator error.
