I think you did Girlfriend! So how are you breaking it down to what areas of life you need to achieve in order succeed going forward. Example, early on in my life after my tour in the military I looked at my life and said ok, what do I need to succeed in life? I isolated it down to mental, physical, and spiritual and if I was lacking in any one of these three then my life seemed to be sh**t. As I have gotten older I've noticed the physical part is a lot harder to maintain and I feel like I'm on a rollercoaster ride.
Thanks for sharing your story Sidney. Right now, health, mental, and physical are my goals and have always been my priority. However, living in Tanzania those areas of my life were being challenged and causing disharmony in my spirit. I won't let that happen again.
@@fionaslife I would consider disharmony in your spirit the spiritual area you were lacking in Tanzania. I admire what your doing, Working on your mental (masters), working on your physical (biking, Dr. apts., healthy eating), spiritual (finding your harmony in life). I wish you well.
Do you think I made the right decision? What would you have done?
You did the best for yourself. Keep your peace!
Wise decision, Fiona.
I agree 100% with you as a woman who traveled to Africa alone. I would have walked away for peace sake!
