Hello viewers, hope you all have watched the full video. Again this is our personal review of the grinder after 3 months use and anyone would get frustrated with so many issues right from design issues, technical fault, safety concern, quality of the batter. All the TH-cam reviews have targeted mainly the automatic batter pushing feature but they have definitely not covered the real time issues. We have been honest and open in calling them out after detailed use.Hope it helps!
I thought of buying this grinder.... searched demo videos, came through your channel video also after reading these reviews what I feel is we should not overload i.e. only half kg at a time so please anyone try it mam and add a comment thanks in advance 👍

Rice and urad not grinded properly. Over heating. Idly becomes sticky even using good quality rice and urad dal. Previously i had butterfly grinder morethan 15 yrs no issues.

Very well explained about positive and negative points. All true. We bought and being used last 18 months. Not happy with this grinder. Not worth for inr6990. Waste of money. Inferior quality of drum and other parts. The drum is already got rusted. The customer service is very poor responsive when we registered complaint of drum rusting. We now go back to again ELGI wet grinder.

Whatever said by this sister is very very true .just bought 5 months back. At first it was ok.But now its taking 2 to 3 hrs to grind. Just 4 cups of rice.

Yes.. Using it for more than one year.. It's working very good for me.... But of course, for washing, better to take it out n clean... It's not heavy... For me.. It's good..

நான் பயன் படுத்திக் கொண்டு இருக்கிறேன். மோட்டார் சூடாகலை. அரை மணி நேரத்தில் இட்லி மாவு ஒரு கிலோ அரைத்து எடுத்து விடுகிறேன். பிரச்சினை என்ன வென்றால் கிளீன் பன்னும் போது லிட் குளோஸ் பன்னலை என்றால் அப்படி யே மேலே யாரோ துப்புவது போல் நாம் போட்டுக் கொண்டுள்ள ஆடை எல்லாம் நனைந்து விடுகிறது. இரண்டாவது மாவை கை விட்டு அரைந்து விட்டதா என்று பார்க்க முடியலை. மாவு தெரிந்துதான் பிடிக்கலை. மற்றபடி இந்த கிரைண்டர் ஓகே தான்.எனக்கு கழுத்து ஸ்பான்டிலைட்டிஸ் பிரச்சினை இருப்பதால் அதிக பலு தூக்க கூடாது என்பதால் எனக்கு இது பயனுள்ளதாக இருக்கிறது. மாவுடன் வெயிட்டாக தூக்குவதற்கு பதில் மாவு தானே வெளியேறி காலி கிரைண்டர் தூக்கி கழுவுவதற்கு எளிதாக இருக்கிறது

Thanks for your comments. We have travelled abroad with this grinder and now the problem is we spending so much again on a new one after sparing on courier for this grinder. It is not easy to run around here hence the issue!
@@likeritik1211 sorry to say but this is completely your fault. When you brought this in India u should have used it before taking it to other country. they provide 5 years free service. Whatever may be the best branded product there is a small chance it might not work well so you need to do service. Im not saying their product is 100%good but there is a fault in your side too before checking the product in India you took this to another country now spreading hatred!
@@venkatvvv5 oh yes we bought and checked in India. The performance started downgrading after few times use and that’s unacceptable as grinders would last for years with same performance. Hence we relied on reviews as this abroad travel and everything looked fine but that doesn’t seem to be honest reviews. Also we r not complaining if there was just one issue but it is full of problems, definitely not acceptable as a customer.
Very bad customer service. Registered a complaint that drum got rusted. But no response. 5 years guarantee only for advertisement not in reality
@@venkatvvv5 it's not their fault. Any product should be checked for quality and durability before coming to the market. I think you are not aware of basic product manufacturers and selling concepts. If the product is faulty even before use, it's not a good product.
It's not spreading hatred. Your comment doesn't make any sense. You cannot sell a product that's not quality checked.
It negates customers trust. It is not good customer service to sell such faulty products to the people. Wherever you buy any products, it's expected to work right. If not the seller must be ready to refund or do something about it.
It's the seller's responsibility to sell quality products. That's part of product production.
You need to learn the basics of quality assurance of any product.
