Reservation should be as per income, and not caste or SC/ST !! Other solution is to do it like Rohini comission and oust the people who have developed from the list phase by phase and end reservation slowly in next 20 years. Otherwise this will ruin our country. After more than 70 years if they have not been able to uplift themselves, then it will never be possible. We need to end reservation phase by phase.

Why dont they review whole reservation quotas based on the population number and status of community, then only reservation will help who need the most. But we first need a cast based census for that.
