In full Ui has done streams where she will draw charecters with traits selected from suggestions by chat. In this case I think it was a high-school girl. Chat gave some joke requests like "make something rainbow" or "make her 12 foot tall", etc. But from the format ui still drew it. By the end the charecter was named johny johny andou rainbow ... shortened to j.j. Chat had fun with the charecter but ui "didn't like the charecter" (potentially played up) and this basically abandoned her and even "forgot" her name. With her refusing to publish the art or make more of it. Eventually leading to chat wanting to protect the innocent j.j. it became an injoke after that. With j.j. "appearing" for a birthday debut (voiced by ui. Simped by chat). Jj was shown in the image when ui asked "who is j.j."
