Thankyou. I love my 2008 Acura MDX with 320,000 miles. Regular maintenance keeps the car going and only had a single part fail with all those miles. Had a radiator leak and installed new one. No failures to hoses, sensors, switches, and so on...
lol I have a 2010 and it has an intermittent bad oil leak at only 100,000.

Love how that engine & transmission also comes in the Honda Odyssey. Every so often I just romp on it to hear the VTEC kick in.

Another great review, Sarah. BTW...those little "almond tins" are resonators. Lots of manufacturers add them, to reduce exhaust drone. Kinda looks like an afterthought, though? i have got so many new mdx with the 3.5 with transmission problems most have been gear slipping all cars were serviced at a dealer so 🤷♂️
@@Imafreakfrvro yup, that’s what happens when the transmission is made by a German brand. ZF made the 9-Speed. All the 2022+ MDX have a in-house built 10-speed. No issues

The big lid is the intake air filter. Honda wanted that in the center of engine for balance. We had use different more expensive resin due the heat of the engine. The 3 molds was designed my Japan and built in China. They are a POS
I got my Rav4 2020 in midnight black, ceramic coated it now it’s like jet black and shiny like a mirror.

Aucra had several delays with 2021 the engine package misfiring. They had to redesign the parts working with the supplier. I had several injection molds for this new model I had to put in production. The new TLX Turbo version is what I doing trials on . Production starts in June.
So sorry about the Bolster fail for the Bolster Wiggle..But you managed to get a sweaty butt in back to back reviews. So that is kind of a win.

Agree with you regarding the styling; where Acura lost me is having Alexa in the infotainment, not a fan of those devices spying on me.
Pringle is also a clothing label. They make clothes for golfers.
3:37 keep the Old School Cigarette Lighter 12Volt plug. It is there for mini fridges, CPAP machines, charger solar generators etc.
Picked up mine ‘22 white on red late March. Exceeded my expectations
The acceleration from what I know is because the ZF 9 speed has a very short gear just to launch the car very fast, that was the gear that on previous models had problems because when you are driving normally, because the 1st gear is to short it makes a weird shift into 2nd gear and very unrefined, that’s why they programmed the car to start in 2nd gear in “D” and 1st gear in “S”, that’s why it launches faster but the new one with the 10 speed it actually faster at the top end because it has shorter 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear and it actually shifts faster and more smooth

The interior alone is worth getting the latest model compared to the previous Gen. Gotta role the dice with the reliability of a 1st Gen remodel. 🤞🏻

Music choices on point. I really enjoyed the MDX when I had it to test, my main complaint being that for my tall family it's a little tight. I imagine for many people it'll be a large three row crossover, but for us it was only average 😂 Great review! Really enjoyed the humor 👍🏻
I had an Acura TL - that car did everything well & was easy to work on, but after 3 transmissions & Acura switching everything over to mushy electric power steering, I was done. Acura has lost their way. They don’t offer a lot of true sport for a sporty luxury car company. Nice review & I like the 2020 special edition better also!

Definitely the PMC for its uniqueness also known as weirdness 🙂 and that incredible paint job although whenever I can pair something like this I find myself wishing that if you could put the New interior in the PMC that would be awesome but you can’t. Great review! I like all the tech and the interior layout but $60k is steep for a midsize SUV. Basically the same price as the 2021 Armada we just got my wife. I have never had great luck with Honda as my last was a 2014 New accord that ate CVT transmissions. Funny how Nissan gets such a bad wrap for their CVT problems when Honda went through it not so long ago as well. Now I just won’t buy anything with a CVT and problem solved!
I learn Hebrew 20 years ago never use it never forgotten it and you’re right those cigarette lighter ports should Share a grave with tape decks. I work the auctions and I still see cars come in from time to time with them
I love my 20 rdx advance sh-awd!! It's sneaky fast. Not as fast as my 16 f type R, but it's super nimble! If I needed a bigger suv, mdx would be a easy choice

MDX is a proper SUV for passenger comfort over cargo, performance over mpg, and modern design over a bread box on wheels. Superb.
Do the Pringles socks come in a can like the chips? That would help my sock drawer organization!
