Watch the launches of 2jp. The back end is bouncing off the line. It squats then bounces right up. Crank up the rebound on the rear shocks to get the back to stay down a little longer.

Those setting would not help 2jp what so ever. Totally different setups. You can’t take settings from one car and put them on another car and they work. The cars would have to be identical for that to happen.

It bottles my mind that those x3s that make 400 +hp are still using cvt transmissions. The fact that those belts can hold up to that kinda power is incredible.

Hi guys enjoy the show and what your doing watching the videos a few times you can see the bounce in the launch on the rear end between the fenders and tire about the time 2nd gear hits it loads it hard . Can I make a suggestion and trying a solid brackets removing the spring altogether and making the brackets that are adjustable to find the sag you need for a good weigh transfer to eliminate the bounce keeping the rear wheels fully loaded as possible keep having fun enjoy watching!

That jump is incredible. Shout out to who ever made it, we all know how hard it can be to get an x3 to not nose dive and that jump is just perfect for them + the pro r too

Hey boys!! Maybe go to a progressive rate rear spring or get some bump stops on those shocks. I run them on my short course car and love the way the car transfer slightly and then gets on the stiff spring

May have too stiff a spring now? Appears to have no squat on take off for the transfer to happen. Then on the run the springs bounced the car a bit out of the hole, slow mo, you can see it. turn the rebound down as far as possible as well.

When you think about it when you put a taller gear in something it makes act like it has more torque so it will “smack” the tires harder, which might be why 2JP is spinning so much much off the brake. It might need the softer springs for it to weight transfer better.
The rear suspension squats, rebounds up, then as it's settling back down the turbo hits. I think you guys need to slow down that initial compression stroke so that the car reaches full squat closer to the turbo hit and slow down the rebound to control the speed of antisquat so the car doesn't hop.
Trying to slow mo and zoom in. On the last run the suspension rear was already on the way up when the turbo hit.
It is blowing through the stroke and rebounding for sure.

Take a page out the busa swapped book. Set your shocks deep inside and not so much in stock location. That busa weight transfered, planted the front staid flat and it went

better get to looking at the transmission, either the band isint holding or you have low pressure. hopefully its just a band adjustment.

I like the 2jz jurrasic park build. Very cool drop the ass end on it a few so it squats more to transfer weight to hook up more. I think thats key get the ass end lower. And the shock damping just right to be plush when it squats on the hit. If it pulls up a bit can you lenghten it just a hair or add weight to the front. I really thinks ass end needs to be lower for bite. Shorten the rear spring a inch or two and keep the same spring rate then tweak damping as needed. I definitely think that ass end is to high.

Guys I saw at 18:10 mark in the video 2jp was loading the rear the bouncing back up just off the hit. Maybe tightening the rear rebound so it weight transfers and stays since the new springs are so much heavier.

There was a reason I was bummed when Frankie Unit left the team. Not to take anything away from the other guys, but Frank IS crazy and an awesome showman with the stunts. He was the resident “send it” man in the group. As long as he comes back here and there for a brief pop in and a full send I think we’ll make it. The red one with the hyabusa engine and the last one looked like they ripped pretty good.

Traction is your problem. Wheel spin is crazy. Is there other paddles with bigger or more scoops on them

Id love to hit that floater. Me and my brother grew up next to a golf community that developed all the way up to the point they needed grass houses and utilities but the sand traps they had at the top of the massive hills were nuts. Me and my brother had 01 honda 400ex's both had work done. Mine was bored to a 440 had big gun full exhaust jetted to the max. And when I say we shredded this place for the better part of 10 years. We had a lil circle track set up incorporating this huge floater and you could sail off that thing in 3rd wide. Into a corner you could drift fluctuating from wide open to half throttle thru this glass sand on top of hard pack. Them were the days.
If you want better weight transfer, take out those stiffer springs out of the rear so the back of the car can squat down. Guaranteed different in traction.

Turn the leave RPM and boost down a touch so it doesn’t blow the tires off as fast and may hook.
