I noticed it in the diet swap video and now this one. I just sometimes feel bad for ana because if it was me and my best friend and i was being ana in the situation, i’d feel a bit shit about myself :/

Nothing wrong with trying to be healthy. Exercise and healthy eating is apart of everyones daily needs. Get that you can be worried about someone. But also cant be worried because someone has chosen to exercise etc xx
