Needle Ceiling is a good alternative for Torrential Tribute because the activation is flexible if you already fulfil the requirement. Min. 4 monsters on the field aren't difficult if you go first. I love Rain too, usually I bring at least 1 of. Activating new Canvas every turn is very useful.
Not a bad list at all. I like adding in 2 herald of orange lights, one green light and one WP Sun. It's a neg two but sun can be special summoned and used as link or XYZ material. At least having this package side decked comes in handy with some match ups. I also love running a few copies of The Phantom Knight of Breaksword. With WP Cloud on the field, use PK Breaksword to pop your own canvases to clear a card on your opponents field and triggering cloud to recur your canvases. Imo, this deck gets hit hard by Galaxy Cyclone though BUT such as fun deck and I really can't wait for future support... hopefully. The deck needs some negates or turbo capability...I might be on copium but a link 1 would be INCREDIBLE!
I would add a copy of rain and sun for the monster cards for extra names to use with your canvas cards. Not having enough monster cards to play with is very rough.I typically run 2 copies of rainbowed and 1 copy of thundery. I would recommend a different trap card than torrential. Competitively it is not that great right now with Ishizu Tear running amuck. Summon limit or anti-spell could be quite useful. Maybe a board negate like dark ruler can be handy to blow through your opponent's board to get set up.
I know it's so soon but will you make an updated list now that we have access to 3 DiFi and Macro? I'm interested in your take on the deck after the changes.
Good list but I suggest mystic mine if you're going for a competitive list with set rotation. It synergizes heavily with the engine and is much better than torrential.

Lose 1 turn is like Skill drain.

I updated my control deck with fissure and macro and holy crap it's so good! My opponent kept getting pissed with me constantly putting them down haha
@@melinoe867 whats macro
ah nvm i play master duel so macro is always ok
all these comments saying to add names, absolutely not, IF any i would add piri reis map just to have more copies of snow
With the new ban list, what changes would you make?
You should play Piri Reis Map

Maybe set rotation, necrovalley, mine, metaverse🤔
@@JustNutzProd Yeah the field spells package is really good right now if your engine also plays a strong field spell.
mystic mine is for cowards and cowards only. No, no, it is. You know it
What is the win con under mystic mine ? Deck out ? Even with 40 cards? Or just try to set up rainbow with 3 negates then take mine off the field ?
@@PhuckedUpPhilosophyIt gives you enough time to generate resources with your canvases and set up Rainbow.
Would you change the deck now when fissure and macrocosmos are back?
I'm running phantasm spiral currently I was wondering in the current format how would I go about evolving the deck?
I'm going to do a phantasm spiral update soon. I played it to uk nationals this year
Now, post banned, how would you modify the ratio to include 3 fissure and 2/3 macro cosmo?😊
Lol now with the banlist you can play 3 fissure
