All of us who have played an instrument know that it is difficult to change from one to another, but Miyako does it without any effort 🎸🎹🤯
Just a shame whoever mixed this track got it wrong and you couldn't hear her until the end.

Asami, Asami, sing me your sweet song, ASAMI!!! The vocals on this track are seriously stellar!
Asami studied ballet in the past and many of her hand and body movement during the piano / guitar solo this song are from Swan Lake. She uses a lot of the dance support positions for singing support in general.

Great reaction and cute dress! I'm sure your 'wife' was playing the piano just for you at the end. Incidentally, I always thought Miyako's eyes were brown but I just watched a video and they are gorgeously multi-coloured (Lovebites Concert Preparation 2020 at about 5:20 if you're interested).

One of the quietly underrated is Asami's command/confidence singing in English has gotten consistently better with each album. I didn't really grasp it until seeing them live last fall, and it was noticeably different from this even just six months prior. Just a petite powerhouse.

A great song but much prefer the version with Chopin Intro. The mix is better at the end with the piano as well.

I actually prefer this version, th-cam.com/video/dcMVtrvpJpk/w-d-xo.html as it has the Chopin introduction and you can hear the piano for the whole time that Miyako is playing it at the back end of the song.
Lovebites are playing London (New Cross Inn) on June the 14th - I think the venue is pretty small, so get tickets while you still can..

Millie, the only time anyone should react to this song is when Miyako plays the Chopin intro. It's amazing and i can't watch a reaction to this performance without it... seems like the performance is missing a very important part. Love you though.
and the mix on this version doesn't showcase the piano at the end. Still awesome, but having the piano with Midori-san's guitar at the same time is amazing to the ears and you don't hear it in this version.

See the 3 dots at the side of his comments. It'll only take a few seconds.
However, Asami has the best vocals in the version we see here. Both are legendary status!
Sorry Miyako is married and has a kid. Met her a couple times. She and her Husband were attending the open base event in Yokosuka. They were watching all the bands and trying a lot of the foods. OMG can she eat..lol She's actually very funny and talkative away from the stage. Her husband works behind the scenes with Lovebites. I was there for my friends Navy Retirement. Asami was there to. Very nice both of them.

Why Lovebites, their mgmt. / engineers didn't include the Chopin intro and have the piano and guitar mix at proper levels is puzzling! (Maybe Miyako made a slight mistake as she did in the outro. Does anyone have footage of this concert with the Swan intro? - probably not being Japan rules). In any case, what an awesome song and performance with Fami! @@MarcelCox1 Aside from the Chopin intro (which people can hear by simply clicking on the link), what about the poor mix where you barely hear Miyako's solo and her piano outro. Why release it that way?

@TomClark-Futoura It's actually a bit like that on the original album version. The piano starts quietly in the background then comes to the fore as the guitars fade out. I'm not saying I wouldn't prefer it louder here, but it's not like the song has never been like that.
