There are some lighter criticism for his voice today. I hope that his bad throat is a temporary phenomenon and he shall come back to his normal tonal quality. Despite, he has made a great effort to bring so many sangathis. We have to support our musicians when they need our support most. My request to rasikas not to criticise like the way a few have done here. We know Neyveli Santhanagopalan for his dedication & vidwat. Please remember that some of the best performances has come from Semmangudi, Nedunoori & KVN when they were in their late 70s & 80s. Still we enjoy those vintage music. I am sure, we are going to have such vintage performance from NSG.
Concert of higher order.Pranams to the great artist. Gyana based singing crosses the boundaries of voice limitations. The ears that yearns to listen to such Gyana sangeetham never relies on the condition of the voice. His music is beyond the voice and our prayers for his well being to continue singing for many years to come🙏
