Navigating Inclusion: A Framework for AI-Driven Hiring Efforts

Earlier this fall, PEAT, funded by the Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) released the AI & Inclusive Hiring Framework, a resource that offers employers practices they can voluntarily adopt to help them consider disability inclusion and accessibility in their artificial intelligence (AI)-powered hiring efforts. During this November 14, 2024, webinar, members of ODEP and PEAT shared details about the Framework and explored together with NILG members how your organization can begin using the tool to open the virtual door for job seekers with and without disabilities.
