Yes it is important to wash your scalp daily, to keep your scalp environment healthy. And yes you can use, but Dermaroller should be used once in a week only ,1st you should perform Dermaroller procedure , then after 15 - 20 min you can apply Minoxidil. And
you can follow your Dermatologist treatment protocol because he is the right person to
