Wouldn't not including that effect be a better option of showing solidarity (if that's at all what u r trying to achieve by putting up the warning)???

Well, you will agree that Eurovision/NF performances often include very speed light effects (Cha Cha Cha, Ulveham, Dark Side, Fulenn...) so it is normal to say to people, potentially suffering from epilepsy nor from other thing, to be careful if they watch my videos, because I might include such a speed-light-effected video. Plus, after so many years of doing reactions without anything, I wanted to use those effects to make my reactions more lively (and my videos gained more visibility thanks to this, which I'm very thankful for). More and more people are slowly using effects to their reactions too and I'm happy about it. So this warning is basically saying "Be careful if you are sensitive to flashes, I will use effects that may cause you warm, so take all the best possible measures to watch my reaction in a better way".
