It sort of IS.... the hit boxes in MB can be.... suspect. AA smoothed out alot of it, but their is PLENTY of jank and disjoined hurt/hit boxes. Nero has quite a few of those. Tho this mix has more to do with the crossup-protection messing with the player than anything.
@@DuvJones MB hit/hurtboxes actually tend to favor large hurtboxes over disjoint. Games like GG have way more disjoint on average. Also, I think Iwashi just got hit by the multi-hit of jC rather than cross-up, cause MB's cross-up protection is pretty generous.

I would like to apologize to everyone for that Persona clip but there are SO many clips of Lord Knight fucking exploding that I thought I struck gold when I came across one where he didn’t. And in fairness, everyone who voted yes should have won but Grover decided not to do the Deadly Rave super that does like 5k damage scaled and instead did the safer, easier combo route of Cross Slash into SP Stinger.
Devs still working on the game but semi-legal issues have been holding it back since november 2019 :( Shin is still active on the discord but can’t give updates to the game
Homing is the original superdash, it originates in Arcana Heart, and you can AIM it manually AND cancel it into attacks mid-flight. It's way stronger than the version of it in DBFZ...and you can use it to cancel any attack like an RC in GG.
I mean, 8ing does the shenanigans with Kamen Rider Super Climax Heroes and Bloody Roar. DNF Duel just might have the 'near kusoge' levels of combo scam lmao
I'm really hoping the DFO fighter is Like That tbh Granted we've already seen grapplers with armored launchers and characters with fullscreen hitgrabs so thats a good start in my book Edit: yes both of those clips were single combos. the class in the first clip gets extenders on basically everything she does, and the class in the second one has multiple plus on hit OTG restands that all combo into relaunches.
The brawler doing junk spin at the end on top of the body might not of been a true combo because junk spin is random on projectiles being thrwon out. i was a gladiator in Dfo but havent played in years. everything up to junk spin was a true combo though. i think if the oppoenent had a grab they could get through junk spin on wake up
@@ultimasurge f.brawler is one of my mains and I know that in PvE at least junk spin actually has grab immune super armor. just considering the level of play and the way it was used if it wasn't a combo it was most likely an inescapable setup.
