@@nozelxo6514 Not really, just ease his life in mid-game. He still has mana problem and low %skill dmg that requires you to gear him a bit. And Pruinaum Region Bosses esp. in raid having freakin high defense which HR is very lack of strong def ignore skills. So yeah, unless they fixed him to be able to 24/7 *5 stacks befreiung buff or gave him some def ignore+increase his %skill dmg, he won't be in OP tier in endgame yet, not even close.

Is Herrscher worth maining after the balance patch? or still very bad early?
It’s kinda good now, but there’s gonna be another balance patch in the future and it will make him very OP
